Easy and convenient
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Dropbox is that it's cross compatible with Mac, Windows, iOS, Android, and Linux. I can use it everywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of using Dropbox has more to do with my clients than Dropbox itself, but it's when sharing large files with clients, they almost never remove them without me having to pester them about it so I can reclaim the space. I guess it would be nice if files shared with others wouldn't count against both my space limitations and theirs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simple and fast way to share files with clients and also have them handy on multiple devices. For instance, I'll print to pdf for receipts and movie tickets so they're in my phone on the go.

the storage size options for plans- too little to way too much wiht nothing in between

Keeping my files on Dropbox gives me the peace of mind that if anything happens to my devices, I won't lose any work or personal memories

The photo backup is much worse than Google Photos feature-wise

My exrepince using dropbox has been great.

It is so easy to use and it's very accecebale.

it sometime takes too long to load and sometimes lags as well.

Sync is best, I tried google drive and one drive but didn't find when used with multiple system

Lower plan, like 100GB 200GB 250GB etc..

Reliable service, blocked by some travel WiFi connections…
What do you like best about the product?
This is a convenient and easy to use cloud storage option, particularly for sharing specific files, or entire folders, with other individuals. I find it particularly useful for sharing photos with a group of people after an event or trip, and for sharing documents with far flung family members.
What do you dislike about the product?
More and more WiFi connections when traveling have added Dropbox to the list of blocked services/apps because of the large amount of data that tends to go up/down to Dropbox. The very reasons I love it make it a bandwidth burden at some hotels, etc., meaning I have had a few trips where I was planning to use it, and found myself with limited or no access, through no direct fault of Dropbox ... though I don't know if they can create a low bandwidth option that would work around this.

I've been using dropbox for years, and it was a total gamechanger for me. Couldn't recommend more highly.

I would like the web version to have a better UX, but it's fine as it is to be honest.

I like dropbbox because of following reasons:
1. Referral program
2. Capability of editing the doc online
3. Sharing the folder or file with family and friends or colleagues.
