Efficient Payroll Management with Easy Sharing
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to find what you are looking for and to make folders in Dropbox. It is easy to share with other team members. Dropbox is efficient, especially when we need to go back and look for pay stubs or W-2s. The setup was very easy as well.

R=There really isn't anything that I dislike, it has worked well

Great for Storing Everything, But You’ll Likely Need More Space
What do you like best about the product?
One place to store everything. You put all of your pictures and documents along with important papers only to find out that you have used up storage. Frequency of use as I love going one place for all my needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Runs out of space and you need to buy more
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am hoping it will release more space so that we will not have to pay

Seamless File Sharing with Expiring Links
What do you like best about the product?
I use Dropbox to share and save files, which solves the problem of not having to attach files to emails and worrying about email attachment limits. I can easily update and store documents, making it simple to access and share them with a link. I like that it's compatible with macOS, effectively integrating with my file management system. I find the ability to expire links, letting me choose when to expire folder links, very valuable since it allows me to give limited access. I enjoy that I can access Dropbox from anywhere as long as I have an account, and its usability is pretty seamless. It's also really easy to pick up, especially if many others are already using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I feel like it's sufficient as it is
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Dropbox to avoid email attachment limits, easily update and store documents, and allow link sharing for access from anywhere, including macOS compatibility.
Effortless File Sharing with Dropbox
What do you like best about the product?
I use Dropbox to store files and it makes sharing very simple. I really like that I can send a simple link so others can download or view large files, which is great because email often has file size limits. Large file transfers are easy with Dropbox. The initial setup of Dropbox was great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find file version history limitations frustrating, especially with the 30-day limit on a free account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox lets me send large files without email limits, simplifies file sharing with links, and makes large file transfers easy.
Fast, Easy, and Well-Connected tool
What do you like best about the product?
It's fast, easy to use and connected with multiple other tools i use
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the digital tools I use do not offer Dropbox, so I am still forced to use other tools sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
File exchange with customers/partners is fast and simplified: all documents are accessible, in the right place, to everyone who needs them + no need to send (or forget) attachments in emails, or share contact addresses.

Effortless File Sync and Link Sharing Across All Devices
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox automatically syncs files across devices—computer, phone, or tablet. When you update a file on one device, it updates everywhere. You can share files or folders with a link instead of sending large attachments. This is especially helpful for collaboration or sending large documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free plan only offers 2 GB of storage, which fills up quickly compared to competitors like Google Drive that provide much more free space.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
People often have files on their phone, laptop, work computer, or external drives, making them hard to access everywhere.
Massive Storage with Easy Access, But Watch Out for Locked Files
What do you like best about the product?
I use Dropbox to store documents and large files, including photos. I appreciate that you get free storage and, if you need more, you can pay based on your needs. I value the massive storage because it allows me to combine and store important documents, accessible from different devices as long as I log in. I rated it a 9 because it's unlimited if well organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you don't pay for the storage, they automatically close it off, meaning whatever you had is locked in until you pay. The initial setup was pretty easy but could have been more easy if everything was linked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Dropbox to store large files and documents, allowing access across devices with a login.
