  • February 27, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Dropbox is easy to use and allows me to share documents with clients for them to sign. I also love that I can create client portals, which lets my clients access their own information. The initial setup was very easy as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say it's good but I wish I was able to make tables and CRM like Jotform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox allows me to safely upload and save client data. It's easy to use, makes document sharing for signing simple, and lets me create client portals for easy access to their information.

Convenient Cloud Access Anytime

  • February 27, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like cloud storage because it keeps my files secure, accessible anytime, and easy to share. It saves device space, improves collaboration, and ensures important data is safely backed up online.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn’t provide support for large file uploads, which can be limiting when sharing high-resolution videos, software files, or bulk data. This restriction makes it less convenient for handling heavy storage needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox solves the problem of limited file access and manual data sharing by storing files securely in the cloud. It allows easy file sharing through links and syncs data across devices. This benefits me because I can access my files anytime and quickly share them without repeatedly logging in, saving time and improving productivity.

Dropbox’s Easy-to-Use Integration That Just Works

  • February 26, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Dropbox for some time (both personally and for work) and what I like best is the ease of use and integration. I can find all my documents easily and keep them secure.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like as much, especially when compared to Google Drive is that it can seem like you're "adding a new tool" to your routine instead of just using a feature that already exists like in Google.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's benefiting my team by keeping us all organized and with access to our important documents such as contracts, NDAs, presentations, and marketing assets. We can collaborate between teams since we have a company space that is shared with everyone.

Reliable, Super-Fast Sync That Keeps Storage in Check

  • February 26, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful feature for me is how reliable the sync is. It downloads super fast, with no waiting forever like with some other services. That’s a huge win for storage hogs like me. I can keep everything in the cloud, but only store the most recent or active stuff on my drive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, the biggest letdown is the price. It doesn’t feel justified by what you actually get, especially when you stack it up against the competition. On top of that, the free tier is only 2GB, which feels pretty limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox solves the chaos of scattered files across emails, Google Drive, Notion, desktops, and phones by centralizing everything in one seamless, always-accessible place.

Its Dash AI-powered universal search pulls relevant info from Dropbox itself, plus connected apps like Gmail and Asana, so I spend far less time hunting down documents and bouncing between tabs.

Simple, Reliable Sync and Intuitive Collaboration with Dropbox

  • February 25, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Dropbox is its simplicity and reliability. Synchronization is automatic and fast across devices, and the user experience is very intuitive. The integration with third-party tools and collaborative workflows makes it more than just a storage solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the pricing is the most inconvenient part of Dropbox. Also, for large teams or more complex projects, file organization can sometimes be difficult to manage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

  • February 25, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how efficiently Dropbox keeps everything in sync, updating files across devices automatically without extra steps and making sharing access quick. It saves us from tracking down documents or worrying about someone working on an outdated copy. I also appreciate how reliable file recovery is, allowing us to restore earlier versions if something is deleted or overwritten by mistake, providing a safety net that has saved us from rework. The initial setup was straightforward, requiring just an email and password, and syncing files across devices was seamless. I enjoy how Dropbox integrates with our project management tool and communication apps, linking shared files directly into task boards and chats without needing extra steps. Dropbox has handled shared access across our departments well, ensuring file management doesn't become overly complicated.
What do you dislike about the product?
Search can be hit or miss when folders get large. Finding a specific file sometimes takes more effort than expected. Also, managing permissions across shared folders isn’t always intuitive, which can slow things down when teams change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox solves our version mess with shared files. It keeps everything synced, preventing outdated copies and saving us from merging changes. It stores and shares files across teams, avoiding email attachments and enabling easy document access without digging through threads.
