Great service
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox lets me manage all of the files for our office and enables us to upload and download large files easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to explain to my fellow users that they need to empty their Dropbox periodically so it doesn't get "full"

What do you like best about the product?
Great place to put your files if you're always on the go and need to access your files. Or, if you're on a bunch of devices. Even the free option is good, as 3 devices is good enough for me. I love how simple it is, I can just drag and drop from my desktop or save directly to dropbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only issue is edited the files from dropbox on a phone or tablet. I have to open a 3rd party program to edit, and sometimes the file end up "protected" so I have to save a new file in order to edit it. I don't know if it's an issue with dropbox or the microsoft office programs though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
currently, for my purposes, Dropbox isn't giving me any issues. I just need to save and access my files. I like that it has a search function

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and access mostly. I like the app as much as the web version.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably that would have to do with the free storage space.

Transferring media from the phone to the computer.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of uploading pictures and videos to Dropbox. It's a great way to backup special pictures and videos.

I wish that the plans were a little cheaper.

It solves the problem of not having enough space on your device. It benefits me because I have a safe place to store my files.

What do you like best about the product?
Its great to be able to export a project and almost instantly have a link to send to a client to download. Or to be able to access and send a file remotely that you may have forgotten to send earlier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Activating and deactivating parts of selective sync on pc could be easier.

Allowing access to files remotely to be downloaded and modified or shared when I'm on the go.

I like the fact that it's free and always available. I've used it for more than 20 years and have never had an issue
