Great place to store files
What do you like best about the product?
Lots of room to Store files that are easily assessable

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox allows me to upload and download pictures without losing quality, which is a major upside. As a Social Media Manager and aspiring photographer/social media presence, I am constantly needing to get photos transferred from my phone to my laptop, and Dropbox makes it very easy to do so. It is quick, efficient, and my "go-to".
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not experienced many, if any, downsides of Dropbox. The only thing that I have ran into so far was needing more storage, which is probably my Iphone itself and not the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maintaining quality and resolution of the photo - this is extremely important and helpful as a Social Media Manager.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to access my art when not at home. I can't always bring a tablet with me, but I can always access my dropbox app.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real downsides that I have experienced so far!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox allows me to send overly large files easily and with the confidence that my clients will not be overwhelmed with ridiculously large emails.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how seamlessly Dropbox is integrated into my computer as well as my other devices. It is great for a collaborative work where there might be many different files that need to be either worked on or kept in storage is inventory. And I appreciate that it doesn't require a back-and-forth of emails for updated documents to be sent around. It has always been fantastic as well in storing documents in an online location so that if there any technical difficulties or a different device needs to be worked on, all the information is still save. And my last favorite feature is that anything that's in dropbox can subsequently be used if you're working off-line such as commuting
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the big disadvantages is that more than one person cannot be working on the same document at any given time. Otherwise they might accidentally save over each other and the changes are lost.

I love all of the features that Dropbox offers! I have been a customer for years. And Dropbox has been able to help me store plenty of important documents, files, images and more!

The only thing I dislike about Dropbox is my storage space. However there is an option for higher storage with additional fees.

Dropbox is helping me share my work with others in a timely manner. And allow access to files and images for a long period of time.

We use Dropbox in our choir and it is a reliable and seamless way to ensure that everyone can access the files on any device

If you don't have an account you may find the app fissy

Files can be uploaded and later updated and we don't have to search through emails to find the new file

What do you like best about the product?
This program is the most effective I have found for saving my files so they are accessible from any of my devices. It's very easy to share them privately and publicly. It's fast, and I trust that my privacy is in place. I use it most often to store files that will then be integrated with my newsletter and my YouTube channel. It's just a matter of dropping the file into my Dropbox folder and linking to it wherever I need it. I have never even needed to contact customer support, so I have no idea of what they're like. Dropbox just makes my professional life so much easier!

I can't think of a single thing I don't like about Dropbox!

I need to receive and send files to my coauthor and others who help me with my editing work and my newsletter.
