The best document signing tool around!
What do you like best about the product?
This e-signature tool is by far the easiest to use -- making it something I am confident using to share documents internally and externally to partners and clients for a seamless signing experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike. I do wish that the template management feature was a bit easier to use in that you can make small one time edits to templates specific to that one customer you will be sending the document to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining the signing processes -- helps us get deals and agreements signed much more quickly. Especially helpful when a signing authority might be out of the office, so they can sign on the go!

HelloSign is th best tool for streamlining my business contracts.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of uploading, editing and sending contracts to clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the link functions when editing contracts can be off. Sometimes I am not notified through email when a contract is signed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the outdated sending of contracts by using all electronically signed contracts. It saves me money and expedites the signing and delivering of contracts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Absolutely, handsdown use HelloSign. It makes signing and sending contracts to clients instant and creates a safe online trail of the document. This has taken the headache out of contracts for myself and clients and has saved my business time and money.

I love that it is intuitive to use and I don't need instructions to really use the service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly I have not had a singe problem with HelloSign as of yet.

We're able to use HelloSign to allow students to electronically sign registrations for classes.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting contracts signed and returned faster. It has allowed us to keep track of our signed contracts and share internally in a much easier way.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HelloSign has made our contract process seamless. We're able to send out and quickly get back signed paperwork without people having to mess with printing and scanning. Signed contracts are easily reviewed internally by anyone on the team who needs to take a look, regardless of location.

Hello sign really enables you to speed up and streamline document processing. What could take over a week by snail mail can be achieved in just minutes. Could not live without it now.

Nothing to dislike when it comes to using HelloSign.

Just time. Saving me time, saving clients time and the ability to track where documents are at with one glance.

What do you like best about the product?
Solid and simple design and functionality. Very nice to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
When trying to edit a form and resend it does strange things like switching the signers.

We are easily able to get our agreements in front of our prospects for signiture.

Great tool for getting agreements electronically signed. Love it.

What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign is extremely easy to use for both the sender and the signer. I like that all of the options are at the top of the screen, and it takes seconds to populate the fields of my documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see some metrics showing document turnaround times. Also, their "Everyone has Signed the Document" email is a little confusing as it directs recipients to the large "View Document" icon, which requires them to create a HelloSign account, when the document is already included as a pdf attachment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Doing business all over the country used to mean 5 to 10 days before every signer sent back their documents. With HelloSign, this can be accomplished within minutes. We are saving money on overnight shipment charges, and we are able to fund deals more quickly using HelloSign.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You will not regret using this platform. It should meet all of your signature needs at 1/3 the cost of other platforms.

automatic form filling with text boxes, ability to have multiple signers and assigning signature order
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, but maybe all the notifications...I'm sure I can turn them off, just haven't checked how.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a paperless company so it's great to have electronic signing. We no longer print, sign, scan, email.
HelloSign makes life easier!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can send an agreement to our franchisee's all across NZ! It's much for safe than sending a private document through the mail.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are extra boxes over the document and I have to go through and deleted.

We can send documents immediately to our customers for signing.

What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign can process just about any document format, and can route documents for signature any way you need, without having to install any software and without having to subscribe to expensive enterprise services.
The integration with Google Docs is what seals the deal for me, though.

It would be great if HelloSign were natively integrated into my Windows desktop.

They are making any kind of individual or group digital document signing dead simple.
