Wonderful, robust, functional service I can “forget about”
What do you like best about the product?
I am so thankful to have a cross-platform solution like Dropbox to back up my projects, files, and sharables. I can let it run in the background with peace of mind. Collaboration/delivery is made easy, as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
None that I have found! I simply hope that Dropbox continues to do its best as to not fall into the trap of Zawinski's Law—stick to the wonderful strengths, and don't seek out faddish extras to excuse the death-by-one-thousand-invoices SaaS fee increases that plague modern techy life.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No-sweat backup/redundancies. Collaboration with temammates/clients. Sharing with family/friends/professionals.
A great cloud-storage company, constantly innovating.
What do you like best about the product?
I love how quickly Dropbox is able to syn my files, I often save a file in one room and by the time I need it for my rapid-prototyping business it is waiting for me at the machine.
What do you dislike about the product?
Knowing how cheap stoarge is these days, I would love it is our caps are increased.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do not want to constantly organize files and tranfer files using USB drives, or occupy all the space on my low capacity system drives. I have gone from 3 eternal drives connected to my computer to using Dropbox for my stoarge needs. I love the flexibility to access my files from any computer, device, and platform.
Stable access from any location
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Dropbox for many years to store the most important documents for my private life. I like the access I have to them from different devices and locations. Also, I like the backup of the files.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, it is too expensive for me and my purpose of use.

I haven't had any problems using Dropbox so far.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use. The app has lots of features, includign password management which works better than other similar apps. It works on multiple platforms and makes it easy to share and backup files.

Not much really. I have not had problems with the application .

The ecosystem and integration into Apple OS is fantastic. Makes it easy to share and access my files.
What do you dislike about the product?
Size of the free version but it's not expensive for the lowest paid tier either.

Great resource for file sharing!
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox has truly been a wonderful addition to our weekly class. Our professor uploads our weekly slides and readings ahead of time and I can easily bring them up on my iPad to follow along. It provides a great space for file sharing between colleagues. Highly recommend using Dropbox!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the visual face of Dropbox but it serves its purpose. Could be more aesthetically pleasing.

Instant File sharing was an issue before...file sharing without multiple emails!
Great Service for the cost
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can share files, create workpaces, and even have "local" files as my dropbox. Storing things on my computer as well as the cloud is great and makes integrating my clients into my workflow really simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it wasn't so expensive, but I understand the cost of it.

leaving comments on work, and reviewing materials with my clients.
Dropbox is my best document vault!
What do you like best about the product?
I'm able to readily store and retrieve my business and personal data quickly and easily which is a great lifesaver for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I get frustrated whenever I want to share a document without a link for persons who don't have Dropbox. Then I may have to share it with another application like Adobe for the recipient who doesn't want to download Dropbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox helps me store files in the cloud rather than on the hard drive on my computer. I can still access those files on my desktop and across multiple devices.
Making my life easier
What do you like best about the product?
Ever since i started with a free account a few years back I realized how great the service was that I had to pay for a full account. Having access to all my documents from my cell, tablet and desktop and direct link from my email has made my life easier. I use for personal and my business and highly recommend the service.
What do you dislike about the product?
They should improve his your photos are saved so they use the same file name you arguing nally saved photos u dee and be able to get rid of duplicates..

Keeping all my important documentation stored and easy access.
