Reminders are the key
What do you like best about the product?
I resisted at first, but now I'm a believer. I like the reminder I get and I like to see that my documents have been viewed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Adding the signature box is my least favorite thing

tracking outstanding documents is easy with Dropbox sign

Awesome signature program
What do you like best about the product?
the program is user friendly. Love that I no longer have to chase people around for signatures. i also love the reminder emails
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say there is anything I dislike, but if I had to chose, I'd say is the name change on my documents once they come back to me. nothing a simple editing cant fix
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have not had any problems that need solving
Extremely easy to get documents out to customers and them to be able to sign with no hassle.
What do you like best about the product?
The easiness of it. It is extremely helpful to get contracts and terms signed for both businesses
What do you dislike about the product?
Not having enough templates to save. We have several templates and cannot use them all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easier and convenient for the client to sign documents without having to print, sign and then scan back in.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox sign makes gettign documents back from clients very simple and quick. I can easily get them sent, signed, saved within an hour.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least was getting so many email reminders which can get cumbersome. Perhaps it is just a setting that I can change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting paperwork completed by clients that I am not seeing in person regularly. Everything can be done by the time they come in.
Excellent Software!
What do you like best about the product?
I use Dropbox Sign for my accounting firm and it's such an easy-to-navigate program at a reasonable price. Not only does it allow for signatures, but I can customize certain boxes depending on the document needs, like addresses, phone numbers, etc. My clients are happy with the ease of signing documents, all without physically coming into the office.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly have no complaints about the program.

I haven't had any issues so far.
Great product, some room for improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I use Dropbox Sign for offer letters. It's relatively easy to use and provides a good level of functionality. It has allowed our recruiting process to scale and handle more offers and various offer ypes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the UI components could use work. I'm not always sure where to click / what is a button or not. It's not the most straightforward process when making a minor change to a form that requires changing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is allowing us to digitally send offer letters and Ndiaa as well as a variety of other forms.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it gets it to the signer faster than using our interoffice mail.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the sheet it prints behind the invoice showing all of the steps that were taken. The signed invoice should be sufficent.

It is getting approved invoices out the door quicker.

it keeps a record of all files so if i need to go back to print again then I have it

Easy To Manage
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it is easy to upload any form of documents and emails status. The free version is okay but definalty pay for it as the features are so worth it.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can send it the request to sign again but sometimes it takes more time for my clients to find it and get it signed then just visiting in person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is nice to have quick access for our clients to sign a document so we can finish their projects faster and is not delayed 2-3 days due to a signature.
Quick and Easy to Use!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can make certain boxes required when you are requesting a signature.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the things I don't like is that when one of the boxes is not required the color is very light and not as noticeable for the signer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have any problems.
