Ability to drag and drop folders containing multiple large files.

I haven't struck any issues so no dislikes at all.

Easy access to files (images) for my clients. Even those who are not tech savvy.
Dropbox is a great file backup.

Automatic back up options. Ease of access from my desktop

Somewhat limited space on the free account. Extra gigabits seem a little expensive.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that I have an online storage point prior to clouds.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface could be smoother. Accessing my data could be more convenient.

It provides me with a hub in which to convenientlt share both multiple and large file formats to clients and friends.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can share the links and folders with my clients. It's been super helpful as I have transitioned into working for myself the past couple years. My clients love how easy and streamline the delivery process is.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the uploading can be a bit confusing, but that might be user error. I'll have to look into it more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My delivery process as well as backup. I don't like keeping much data on my computers. So I uesd Dropbox as another external hardrive. My delivery process has been much less stressful now that I have clients downloading straight from the site. Dropbox has gained clients because of my processes!
Dropbox Simply Makes My Work Life Easier
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Dropbox has enough storage, to be able to back up work projects across our entire production company. It enables us to collaborate in the Cloud, no matter who is working where -- like on location or from home. It's easy for everyone to use, whatever their position or training and they can be up and running in moments.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides to using Dropbox are the limits on storage at the free level, but these are easily eliminated by getting a yearly plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of knowing which version of a file is the most current and giving us a place to store all of our in production files.
