Long term Dropbox user
What do you like best about the product?
I love using my Dropbox account because it allows me to have easy access to important files I need or have backed up. It works with lots of apps, either games or productivity. I have it on my PC and mobile devices. It has a easy interface and it's just the bees knees as they say
What do you dislike about the product?
I think my only complaint is how much storage access I have. I have a good chunk with free but it would be nice if we got an expansion every now and then

It allows easy access from working on my phone. Saving it to Dropbox and then accessing it again on my PC.

Its easy to handle. Easy to upload and change the file.

Changing file is easy, thats sometime boring. Accessing from the mobile is hard.

The interface can sometimes be tricky. But overall, it's a great product!

My documents are readily available on any smart device / computer, any where in the world.

Can improve payment options to include for longer terms say 5 years plans. This could decrease cost to loyal customers.

good option for storage with a variety of other tools just wish the paid plans were cheaper to purchase use it on a daily basis never had to contact customer support thankfully and the ease of implementation seems great

pricing is a bit steep compared to other cloud storage options out there

Decent file storage service
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy how Dropbox is easy to use. The UI is streamlined and appealing to look at.
What do you dislike about the product?
Compared to other cloud file storage services' UI, the Dropbox UI is very industrial. I'd like it to have a bit more character.

Dropbox allows me to upload files and share mission-critical documents with my boss and colleagues.

Very Good storage space, great for collaborative needs.

I wish there were more backups easily avaliable. I wish there could be an easier way to recover files.

I like that it's easy to access from anywhere as long as I can log onto the app.

The price and how long synching takes if ou need to sync lot of files at once
