Easy contracts for small businesses
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is extremely easy to use and place the various fields in my contract. I like that they allow for 3 free signings per month, which is perfect when I have a small client load as I'm growing my small business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that they don't clarify the date my 3 free signings renew again for the month. Also, I don't particularly appreciate that they don't pro-rate if you cancel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides an easy-to-use contract signing platform. As a newer small business, I don't have a separate CRM yet, but I do need contracts signed. Dropbox Sign meets my needs, while allowing a free option when I don't have a heavy client load.

DropBox Sign is Awesome!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that Dropbox Sign is a very user-friendly interface. Anyone could use it and I love the updates
that I receive in my email. Months Later and I still love DropBoxSign.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. It's an Awesome Website! I never run into any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting Documents signed in a faster especially if it's mulitple documents

What do you like best about the product?
I use Dropbox Sign to send a sign request of basically one form. I can create a template of it and send the same one out over and over easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the layout. It can get confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox Sign allows me to send out forms to be signed quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox Sign is super easy to use and very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times the upload speed is slow and will time out. Don't know if that is a Dropbox thing or an internet speed thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Let's us send out rental agreements quickly and easily and is easy for the client to open, sign and understand.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple, intuitive interface. Great place to store all legal documents

I wish it didn't cache all my previous entries

Audit trail for all signed documents, and ensuring there's a single place to locate all of them.
Great Value
What do you like best about the product?
It's a super convenient and easy tool to get signatures digitally without burdening clients with a trip to the office. I use it at least once or twice a week if not more.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to edit an email address after the document is sent would be super helpful. I often find that sometimes bosses can misspell an email address, and we might wait a long time for someone to respond who never will. On the other hand, if I can edit that email rather than delete the document and start over, it will save even more time. These are limited instances, but that ability would be super helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Burden of a client taking a trip to the office, or having to wait for them to return to town in order to sign a document. Now it's as easy as a few clicks!

What do you like best about the product?
You from anywhere can use and sign the documents you need
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, it's an easy process, I have friends and family use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do not have to wait for the customer to come in and sign authorization forms.
Super Quick and Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Really easy to upload, send, and track the dozens of service agreements we send out each month!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not able to change business information within a template... so I don't really leverage that feature

Wanted a professional way to send, e-sign, and save service agreements

Easy to use and fairly intuitive. I like that it remembers some fields as well.

Would be better if templates were more intuitive and easier to setup.

Simple and Impactful Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox Sign is very simple to use. It required no training/enablement. My customers have also never had issues with it. They have the ability to re-assign if needed and perform other actions. My favorite is the ability to set a signer order and issue automatic reminders.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it goes into my customer's junk folder but this is rare. e
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It documents the signing process, which is important in contracting. It also sends out an executed copy to everyone automatically once completed. I also don't have to chase customers as automatic reminders get issued.
