Works well for sharing outside of company
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is easy to have a shared folder that others outside of my company can access. Works really well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The online interface seems more dated than OneDrive. Still works great though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox has done a good job in making online collaboration easy for multiple companies/multiple people.
Dropbox is great but not the most affordable option.
What do you like best about the product?
Love the smart sync feature, works well across multiple platforms (web, mobile, pc, Mac)
What do you dislike about the product?
It's pricy, would rather have a lower cost option that doesn't have all the features that are not needed like how they try to compete with DocuSign etc.

File storage, cloud availability, file sharing

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Simple integration. Incredible amount of storage available.

I have not found anything about DropBox that I do not like.

DropBox allows me to securely forward large files to clients and colleagues.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s organized, automatically uploads photos. It's great how it integrates with other apps and services, such as Adobe, to easily edit files.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes certain files cannot be read or saved properly, or become unreadable over time for some reason. Uploads can be slow and the search function isn't always accurate.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox helps to transfer different documents from one app to another. One example is with this app called canva it helped me download a file to dropbox so I could turn in the right document form for an assignment. I use it anytime I turn in pdf's or jpg's.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could change the format of the document for example be able to change a jpg to a pdf. At first,I thought that we could do that in Dropbox but I realized it was moslty just to send documents to other or from on site to another.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't know if dropbox has solved what I want to have in dropbox but it has helped me greatly with turing in assignment with ease.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy that Dropbox backs up my files and then I can access them from anywhere--even my phone. Dropbox has been incredibly useful for me to be able to access my files in a pinch.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that dropbox had a larger capacity for free storage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox really helps me access my files on the go. Also, if I accidentally delete something, Dropbox has my back.
Easy to Follow
What do you like best about the product?
This application is very easy to create documents as well as receive documents to sign. Thorough process that anyone of any age can do!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I have discovered is not being able to edit an email once I have created a template.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting documents signed and returned almost instantly, rather than waiting for hours and sometimes days.
Dropbox makes saving and storing files easy

The ability to just from computer to computer and still have access to all of your files

Dropbox will have a lag between saving files which can sometimes cause problems when you don't know if you have the most current file.

Safely storing files and allowing access from any computer when it's needed

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to share files with clients and other project team members outside of our company. It's really nice that it doesn't require the recipient to have an account in order to view or download files like how other share file websites do.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like about Dropbox is the frequent notifications to upgrade my Dropbox to get more space. Though I do wish the free version would have a little space, at least for certain businesses. For example, my company often has to send videos and rendered images to clients, which can be larger files, so sometimes I have to delete other files in order to upload new ones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For work, I typically have to send large files and file packages to clients and other project team members that aren't able to sent via emial. Dropbox, makes it convienent to store those files all in one place and share it with everyone.

Integrations, simple storage management, access control, e.g., offline/online, image search, regular search, archive, ease of use
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, it consumes more system resources and processing power than I think it should.
