Ease of use and sharing
What do you like best about the product?
I think Dropbox is super easy to use and I love how easy it is to share files with friends and colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just my own inability to organize well.but Dropbox allowing me to search inside documents and photos helps

Helps me collaborate with colleagues easily.

All my important files are saved, for many years now.
If my PC is lost or stolen I won't lose my files.

I could use some help for simple tasks. Like attaching a photo saved in dropbox to a text message.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox gives me security that my important files on my desktop PC are saved.
The best website to store files for free
What do you like best about the product?
I like the dropbox because it has a very good user friendly site and the imortant thing is it has limited free storage (2 GB) to organise your files.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I did not like is that the dropbox has a less storage(2 GB) for free users.
I would recommend Dropbox to increase to 5 GB minimum.

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using Dropbox for my business for many years, and it’s by far the fastest and most reliable cloud service out there. Nothing else even comes close.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. It does everything I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I first started using Dropbox, it was simply to send large files to my clients. Before long, it became my go-to for hosting all my project files. That opened a new world of easy sharing.

What do you like best about the product?
From a user perspective, Dropbox is super easy to use. Setting it up was a breeze, and I don’t have to worry about managing files manually. I can drag and drop files into my Dropbox folder, and they’re automatically synced across all my devices. It’s a great, reliable place to store everything, and I love how simple it is to find and access my files whenever I need them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the free plan had more storage for users!

Having a secure place to keep files

It works well when set up, and is used in my work environment as a primary cloud storage platform. Easy to setup, and has been reliable for years.
What do you dislike about the product?
Other services have overtaken Dropbox in features and seamless integration. iCloud and google drive are both part of my ecosystem already.
I have been a paying customer for Dropbox in the past, and cleaning space from the website was a truly cumbersome experience. The UI was frustrating to deal with, and really turned me off.
Also, the popups for additional services/upgrades, emails "inviting me" to pay for additional services... it's been a strange service to be a part of.

It is a universal shared platform for everyone I work with, however we all have individual accounts due to the nature of the work.
Helpful tool for collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how easy it is to share files and folders. My team loves using Dropbox with our clients when we need to share sensitive files that shouldn't just be attached to an email, but that are still easy to access.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, there aren't any pain points I can think of!

Sharing files with clients that cannot be attached/sent via email for security purposes.

What I like most about Dropbox is that I can easily transfer files from another person that has shared and save them to my account.

There's really nothing I can say about not liking Dropbox.

Essential tool for any professional artist
What do you like best about the product?
I've used Dropbox for over ten years. As a professional artist and illustrator, it's an essential part of my workflow. When I scan artwork, those files go directly to Dropbox. I'm then able to open them on my iPad or iPhone no matter where I am. I never worry about finding anything from images to client info. It's all in Dropbox, synced to every device.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I have no complaints about Dropbox.

Dropbox helps me to keep all my files in one safe and reliable location.
Good but sometimes frustrating
What do you like best about the product?
I can access dropbox from any device at any time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dropbox does not let you access older files from windows without redownloading the file, thus duplicating the file.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can work on my desktop in my office and access and share files from anywhere. That is helpful.
