Great for data backup, transfer, and sharing.
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is very useful for backing up important files, and unlike some cloud backup solutions, those files can stay on my machine, and I can use them just like any other file, and the cloud backup is automatically updated as soon as any changes are made. Additionally, if I use another machine which is connected to my dropbox, those files are automatically updated, and I can continue working with those files without ever having to think about it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Usually using Dropbox is pretty seamless, but sometimes there are hiccups. For example, if I move a folder to my Dropbox directory, and then I want to quickly rename it, that can be an issue. If I try to rename it before it is done uploading, sometimes it will not allow me to, so I must wait, or sometimes, it will allow me to rename, but it will also keep what's already been uploaded with the previous name, so I end up with duplicate data, and need to delete. That is just one example, but these hiccups are pretty infrequent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox helps me work with files across multiple machines without ever having to think about keeping those files updated, or moving them from machine to machine. It also keeps those files safe.

I use it every day to save all my recordings and quickly send a link to my clients

Sometimes clients sharing a folder get out of space and ask me to send all the files in bulk

Sharing audio files and keeping them all well organized in a group of folders

What do you like best about the product?
It is very useful for using your files freely from anywhere, desktop or mobile, as long as it is on the cloud. It is also safe, secure, and easy to use. Applications are available for desktop and mobile synchronization. You can easily implement it and integrate it with other applications if you want to use it for business document storage. I use it daily, whether for personal or business files.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very limited space is offered for free users. There should also be more options to gain more free space. I had a few problems with usage from within my company, most probably because of our security policy and not from Dropbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox provides easy access to all my files from anywhere and anytime without the hassle of using a physical external hard drive or sending files by email.
A Cloud Storage That Makes Syncing Simple And Painless
What do you like best about the product?
I must say, its synchronization capabilities are great. I love the convenience of just dropping my files and other folders into the Dropbox folder as though it were a standard folder on my desktop, and watching things sync flawlessly. It's one of those 'set it and forget it' tools that just works, and it feels like an extension of my local storage
What do you dislike about the product?
I've noticed rare instances where Dropbox seems to hit a snag with indexing, leading to what seems like an endless syncing loop. It can be a bit of a nuisance when the seamless experience hits a bump. However, I recently updated the application, and so far, it looks like this has remedied the indexing hiccup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The convenience of just dropping my files and other folders into the Dropbox folder as if were any other folder on my desktop, knowing that it will automatically sync my data to the cloud. I also appreaciate the ability to easily share files with others by simply generating a link.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is easy to use, and we can not only read each other's work but also share all the critiques completed by every member for each narrative.
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes takes a while to download a narrative that has been submitted to Dropbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It feels to me that Dropbox has become more user-friendly--it's either that or I've become more proficient at using it.
Great tool when sharing multiple devices
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Dropbox is when computer is set the same (root folders, user name folder etc.) you can use multiple devices (both Mac and Win) to work with all your files.
Great think is also: encrypted backuping to cloud, sharing files with sending links; search in contect of files as well (both text and image files).
I use Dropbox daily on two Mac devices and is great to have ability to access all my files on iPhone and IPad as well.
Instalation is easy.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sync Now tool do not work in all cases. New location to Mac sandbox been a nightmare, I have to find out how to ensure instant and automatical sync - the solution was not mention on costumer support page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having instant access to files on more computers - I use in on two mac devices - and I am switing between them. Also good is cloud backup.

Ordinary Support - I have asked for months now how to integrate two email address Accounts that I have - one is out of data and the other has heaps of data I pay for but you have no idea how to consolidate them.

Convenient features like sharing and file requests. Online only mode allows me to use my Mac without worrying about disk space

Interaction with Time Machine backups could be better. Also online only mode doesn't work too well with camera uploads in my experience
