File sharing and security we set on a file to control the access at any time

These days it doesn’t seem to be promoted much, and the pricing for the premium plans is a concern.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy file sharing requirements available on Dropbox which makes it easy to use and it is available on web and mobile
Secure, Easy File Management and Client Sharing
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to manage files and folders, easy to share with clients as per our requirements, and simple to set up. This software is highly secure, which is why our organization uses it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike here. Overall, everything is working fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During the initial stage, we faced difficulties in sharing files and folders with clients. However, with the support of the customer service team, the issue was resolved.
Easy to Use, Great Value for Photo & Video Storage
What do you like best about the product?
I like its ease of use. I have the app on my phone and my desktop, and it's easy to add things to it and share. It's pricing is competitive and I believe it's the best tool for storage. I use it mainly as video and photo storage.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I've ever had was with Dropbox removing images off my computer to save space. I've had to redownload some files in my dropbox several times. This could be user error, though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox has given me a public place to store files where my I can easily share files with business associates. One application as a photographer is sharing a Lightroom catalog easily with other photographers for editing.

The subscription pricing for individual users is somewhat high compared to other cloud storage competitors.

It solves the problem of sharing large files that are too big for email, ensuring my team stays synced for the latest projects.
Unmatched Storage Capacity and Reliability
What do you like best about the product?
I use Dropbox to store conversations I've had in the past. The storage capacity is probably the most valuable; I can create a recording, upload it, and maintain it forever. I've used the storage for years now. I store large amounts of recordings and videos that I may have taken in the past. I haven't had any issues with it, and it seems to work very well. The initial setup was no problem, very similar to dealing with a recording machine.

I use Dropbox to store large amounts of recordings and videos, maintaining them indefinitely. The storage capacity is the most valuable feature for me.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Dropbox is its clean, intuitive UI, which makes file management very simple even for non-technical users. Performance is smooth, with fast syncing and easy access across devices. I also appreciate the ability to connect with different apps, which makes managing work much more convenient. Overall, it delivers a smooth experience with minimal setup and a very little learning curve. On top of that, the pricing feels reasonable for the value it offers, and the support team is responsive when I need help.

Although there is nothing to dislike about Dropbox, sometimes syncing can feel a bit slow with large files, but it generally works reliably. Also, for some advanced features, pricing seems a little high, though overall experience makes up for it.

Dropbox solves the problem of storing and accessing files from anywhere by keeping everything synced in one place, so I no longer have to search for documents across different locations. It also makes sharing and collaboration simple, which saves lots of time and keeps work smooth.

What do you like best about the product?
The most useful aspect of dropbox is it works across all my daily operating systems. This is especially true of Linux.

The initial space allocation for the free account is only 2 gigs. However, most offerings start at 5GB then work their way up from there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As engineers, we use different operating systems to achieve our day to day tasks. Having easy access to key files across all environments is important.
Seamless, Reliable Sync and Sharing for Large Files
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Dropbox is that it runs quietly in the background without me having to manage files manually. I mainly use it for Power BI files, Excel models, and project folders that can get pretty large, so it’s much easier to keep everything in one place rather than emailing versions around or trying to track changes myself.
Syncing is what really stands out to me. I switch between devices quite a bit, and I don’t have to double-check whether I copied the latest version of a file—it’s already there. That has saved me more than once when I needed to pull up a report quickly and didn’t have access to my main machine.
I also use the version history more than I expected. If I’m making changes to a model or testing something in a report and it goes wrong, I can roll back to an earlier version instead of spending time trying to fix it manually.
Sharing is straightforward too. I usually just send a link when someone needs access, especially when a file is too large to send normally. It’s also helpful when I’m sending reports to stakeholders or keeping project files in one place, and it cuts down on a lot of back-and-forth.

I like that I am able to organize my files. I also can label them and search for files that are important to me.

Well I would appreciate more storage on the free version.
