User-Friendly Dropbox with Smooth Onboarding and Strong Data Protection
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Dropbox is designed to be user-friendly, intuitive, and easy to navigate. The setup and onboarding process was very smooth, especially with the help of their responsive customer support team. It has become an everyday tool in our arsenal and has greatly improved our data protection system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t like how limited the storage is on the free plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox has reduced the manual labour required to back up and restore data in my organization. With the automation and scheduling features available on the platform, I can focus on my projects while Dropbox backs up and secures my progress behind the scenes. Overall, it has streamlined my workflow and made me more efficient in my job.
Easy CDN Connection and Generous Free 2GB Storage
What do you like best about the product?
I like the free 2GB of storage and how easy it is to connect to the CDN.
What do you dislike about the product?
The login security isn’t very good, so it needs some improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Content such as PDFs, images, or HTML can be easily converted into a CDN link by uploading it to Dropbox and then updating the existing CDN link with the correct path.

I like Dropbox because it helps me keep my work files organized and easy to access at any time. It allows me to maintain a clear structure for my projects and share documents quickly with my team without confusion.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t like that storage limits can restrict usage and some features are only available in higher plans. Although there are different packages, from student to business, upgrades are sometimes necessary to access full functionality.

Dropbox helps me solve file organization and accessibility challenges by keeping documents stored in one secure place. This benefits me by saving time, improving collaboration, and allowing easy access to files from any device
Straightforward File Syncing and Sharing That Anyone Can Use
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Dropbox is how straightforward it makes file syncing and sharing. For collaboration, shared folders and link-based sharing feel clean and easy to use. I don’t have to overthink permissions, and even non-technical users can pick it up quickly without much guidance.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the biggest downsides of Dropbox is its pricing. As my storage needs grow, the cost becomes an issue. Also, it doesn’t feel as seamlessly integrated into a full productivity ecosystem the way Google Drive is with Google Workspace or OneDrive is with Microsoft 365.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, the main benefits are anywhere access, automatic backups, simplified collaboration, and version control with easy recovery.
Intuitive UI, Storage Ease, but Can Be Slow
What do you like best about the product?
I really like Dropbox's user interface and experience. It's very simplistic and straightforward, making it easily understandable across multiple disciplines and age ranges. I also thought the initial setup was very simple, with instructions that were straightforward and easily understood. It was quite quick too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that sometimes the response times for certain prompts are a bit slow, and we'd like to see those shortened.

I use Dropbox for storing multiple items and files in a succinct location that's easily accessible.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Dropbox is easy to use and allows me to share documents with clients for them to sign. I also love that I can create client portals, which lets my clients access their own information. The initial setup was very easy as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say it's good but I wish I was able to make tables and CRM like Jotform.

Dropbox allows me to safely upload and save client data. It's easy to use, makes document sharing for signing simple, and lets me create client portals for easy access to their information.

It doesn’t provide support for large file uploads, which can be limiting when sharing high-resolution videos, software files, or bulk data. This restriction makes it less convenient for handling heavy storage needs.

Dropbox solves the problem of limited file access and manual data sharing by storing files securely in the cloud. It allows easy file sharing through links and syncs data across devices. This benefits me because I can access my files anytime and quickly share them without repeatedly logging in, saving time and improving productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Dropbox for some time (both personally and for work) and what I like best is the ease of use and integration. I can find all my documents easily and keep them secure.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like as much, especially when compared to Google Drive is that it can seem like you're "adding a new tool" to your routine instead of just using a feature that already exists like in Google.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's benefiting my team by keeping us all organized and with access to our important documents such as contracts, NDAs, presentations, and marketing assets. We can collaborate between teams since we have a company space that is shared with everyone.

Ability to upload files and sync from my drives without manually selecting each files.

I’m unable to synchronize across multiple devices.

I like that Dropbox allows multiple subfolders and sharing entire projects with a team without needing to share each folder individually. It lets me work on serious projects with ease and remotely. It also helps me save space on my devices and keeps everything organized in one place. Setting it up was easy.

I don't like that Dropbox doesn't allow me to select multiple files at once on mobile devices without clicking on everything individually.
