What do you like best about the product?
It is convenient for passing files back and forth.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version is sufficient for me at present. So, the cost is more than I want to spend right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have no problems currently.

What do you like best about the product?
The best feature is scan to PDF. I use it for business cards. Capture the card, annotate why you kept it. Sync it to computer dropbox. Toss the card.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the file navigation complicated and unintuitive. This is especially bad when uploading an image as it is not clear where you are putting it. Needs work.

The ability to upload my documents and efficently organization my files.

The interface is sometimes complicated to navigate

The problem of uploading documents to collaborate on, it benefits me by streamlining the process.
Great for getting photos from my phone to my computer

The simplicity of it. many of my photos cannot be emailed to myself so i use dropbox to send them to my computer

There really isn't much. Sometimes it takes a few minutes or try's to get it through but not usually

I am able to turn in my schoolwork, send photos to my computer for work and school purposes

What I like best about drop box is if I am looking for an apt or job all my important papers go there to be signed or keeped in a safe place

There isn't anything I don't like aabout drop box

When I am filing out important papers or having to save them or e signing them Dropbox is great and holding my files in a safe place I could have it right there and know my important paper is good

it helps me track all my files from different computers. I can easily share files with all members.

space limit for free account is less. I wish they offer more space for free user.

I love that it is user friendly and easy to understand. I can easily access it via the app or website and both look good.

I dislike the limit for free accounts. I wish there was more storage for free accounts.

I needed a place that was easy to use for school storage. It was simple to create an account and back up my important documents.
