What do you like best about the product?
As a writer i feel secure with leaving everything in Dropbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
haven't found any dislikes would be great if they would incorporate ai to manage and organize your files in a new folder system by subject year and date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
keeping documents safe and avaialble anywhere

It's easy to sync and customize, and it makes it easy for us to share our lab work amongst ourselves and others

Sometimes it has trouble figuring out versions when multiple people have a file open at once

Sharing work across people and being able to see and restore previous versions of you make mistakes

What do you like best about the product?
Simple file sharing, quick and easy to add files, screen recording tool is handy too!
What do you dislike about the product?
Viewing large folders of images can be a bit hard sometimes

It is practical, easy to use and I can in a safe and good manner save and share documents, pictures and videos.

It can be difficult to navigate through the app sometimes, and the pricing maybe. But otherwise I am pretty satisfied.

What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy. Once its set up, apps installed etc, it's just like using another folder on your computer, that then effortlessly syncronises across all devices. The integration is easy and quick. Also I like the number of features and peace of mind knowing a valuable file is stored somewhere in case my laptop is lost or stollen i can still get it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Definitely the small number of devices you can connect to for free. I understand they don't want it to be unlimited for free but it is a sharp limitation on Dropbox's usefulness.

Just being able to access a lot of documents anywhere

I like the availability of using from anywhere including my phone.

The price is a little high especially since Google is more integrated with email.

sharing links to folders or individual files, backing up photos from phone or tablet, organizing files and folders. Customer support is available and willing but so far hasn't solved my issues
What do you dislike about the product?
needless duplication and no way to solve it. not everything backs up although Dropbox tells me i'm up to date, then go to find a file or folder and it hasn't been backed up at all. backups seem somewhat random and incomplete. duplication of photos and videos super annoying!!!

I love using dropbox as the one place I can truly store all my files. I have used it as the backend of my marketing business for years.
