Accessible File Transfer and Storage
What do you like best about the product?
As a photographer, I need to deliver my products efficiently and collect feedback promptly. I enjoy a stress free tool that facilitates collaboration at a reasonable price. Dropbox is one of those tools. I've never had a glitch or hiccup with this platform. After all of these years, I'm beginning to suspect that I never will.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find nothing distasteful about this platform.

File delivery, feedback and storage.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is an amazing tool we use 24/7 in our office to store, send, and secure documents. Dropbox gives us a safe place for our confidential information to be stored and organzied without worry. A key feature for us is its function to give admin access for documentation, as we are able to share critical information with our team and control who has access to what documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the web version was more simple to use, and had the ability to drag and drop files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox is easily the application we use the most every single day! It solves all our of computer storage problems, and has so many incredible functions.
Signing my job offer with Dropbox
What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple the process was for my employment offer letter. I received a notification from Dropbox, set up my account, and signing with my handwritten signature was stress-free. Within minutes, I finalized my employment offer!

Nil, no dislikes about dropbox. i had a good experience

Remote employment offer signature made easy!

It would be nice to offer better options to those we send files to so that they don't have to create an account.

Sending large files to client that couldn't receive them via email otherwise.
Effective at filesharing, far more user friendly than OneDrive or Google

The best part of Dropbox is how seamlessly it syncs files and its features that you selectively share information.

The cost is higher than OneDrive or Google storage.

Having a place to drop any and all files needed for any projects or collaborations.

It does take some time to organize things if you don't do it yourself from the start

Able to open a file and start working on said file after someone else has saved it
Can't go wrong with Dropbox
What do you like best about the product?
The integration with PC is one of the my favorite features since I can simply drag and drop directly from my hard drive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had some issues with forcing uploads using the PC app (windows) but I have not had them lately so I think it's no longer an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transferring large files, mostly videos to friends and family.
Essential if you're in the startup world!
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how I can share high res files easily without altering or consolidating the data I'm sending. When you're receiving files shared via Dropbox, you don't need to worry about your email being public either. The last thing I'll say is that I aboslutely love the docsend capabilities that Dropbox has now, since the acquisition. If you're a startup, those docsend features are essential!

I don't always feel like I'm aware of all the features I have access to but that's a small issue to fix.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily sharing high levels of data but in a way that does not rely on email and does not alter the original files. Dropbox just allows for more complex data sharing which was something I always used to worry about in business situations.
To drop box or not to Dropbox
What do you like best about the product?
I love the way that DropBox makes it easy and secure to send files from one device to another.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once you go to the paid version. That dropbox goes off and indexes your files, makes copies of the main folders and uploads everythihng to the DropBox. By inserting the DropBox folder into the folder path, i now have two my documents, two downloads folders, etc. As this has been impossible to undo, without the risk of lossing hundreds of files, we have been forced to continue to pay the subscription fee for several years. So DropBox is effectly holding us to ransom and demanding payment, or we will lose our files. We never asked it to copy the contents of those directories.

the safe and secure of moving large content around between devices.

Easy to use, the organization of folders is intuitive

That it pops up a window if it's a link to login even when we don't need an account. I know you say this in the window but still some people might be confused

The fact that I always work with large files with people from across the globe and it allows me to share them easily
