Definitely recommend!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the convenience of accessibility across multi-devices be it online or via the app. Sharing files with collaborators is easy and I can control access with the snap of a finger. The amount of storage for the price point I have is reasonable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dropbox while on my work PC began to sync my work files which had no association with my account. I could not find the main source of why this information was linked nor could I stop it. The data was occupyong storage in my account that I pay for monthly.
I ended up uninstalling the application from my work PC and login via the web browser now.

Great way to share CAD documents
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox has been great in getting CAD drawings from our organization to the client without needing to externally download a DWG file. Many of our clients have firewalls in place to prevent these kinds of documents getting through, despite them being necessary to complete the jobs. Great loophole is dropbox!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish dropbox directly connected to my google drive and CAD drive accounts
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox is a great tool in sharing documents that I otherwise would have a hard time sharing through email. It is great because it works with both microsoft and google users

That you can store so many diverse files in the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer service support is not as accessible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me I have a lot of large files and I have to transfer it to multiple people and dropbox helps me do just that.

What do you like best about the product?
100% Uptime; Reliable; Have used for years without issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside would be to not use dropbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox allows me to store important images to edit and cull at a moments notice. Dropbox allows me to store important databases and image file back ups.

The product is excellent, it is stable and easy to use. No issues finding files or uploading.
What do you dislike about the product?
More expensive than its competitors but apart from that there is nothing negative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a file system its easy to navigate and integrate as a bac up of my computer. I would standardise on Dropbox if the upgrades were priced in line with Google Cloud.

What I like best about using Dropbox is the ability to use it across different devices

I haven't used Dropbox enough to learn anything I disklike

Dropbox makes working from home so much easier so that collatboration is seamless
Good Concept, Not Enough Support
What do you like best about the product?
I like that dropbox allows you to use and manage files with large storage requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think it's very user friendly or that there are a lot of up front instructions on how to use it effectively.

I've used it to send large files before, but not frequently.

Ease of use! I had some documents I needed to open but had some issues with other platforms. These documents I needed to access were able to be opened and used with Dropbox with ease

I had no issues I've come across using Dropbox so far

I had issues with specific documents and information that other platforms were giving some pushback and not able to work with

Nothing comes to me. The solid product that does what it's supposed to do. I don't have any faults with it.
