Dropbox provides tons of storage and seamless access
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can access Dropbox from the file explorer menu on my laptop with an interface that is integrated with local files, on my phone, and on the web. I appreciate all the space in my plan.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike - Dropbox is easy to use and integrates well with everything else. I do wish I could share files with non-dropbox users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ample access to all my files regardless of location and easy sharing.
Easy and convenient to share
What do you like best about the product?
Have used a few clouds to share information with friends and others. However, dropbox is the one which can easily share across different platform such as Windows, Android and iOS. I am an non iOS user, i found that Dropbox is the most convenient platform to share across from my Android mobile or Windows PC to iOS mobile or computers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all friends use dropbox and a lot are not comfortable with the limited free space allocation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some counterparts are not using Dropbox.
Dropbox just WORKS! Simple. Easy. Reliable.

I've used Dropbox for over 10 years. Reliable. It integrates seamlessly with my smartphone and laptop for ease of use wherever I go in North America and around the world.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes about Dropbox!

Keeping my documents up to date and secure no matter what happens to my hardware!

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that it captures high resolution and large files in order for you to save and share. It's nice that you can share a link to just certain folders as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think any issues I have come across have been very minor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
File sharing and offloading storage space from my cellphone photo albums.
Dropbox is a Huge Help!
What do you like best about the product?
I use Dropbox to send large files. Using it is easy and universal for my clients to accept the files.
What do you dislike about the product?
The links last only 30 days on the free version - so if my clients don't download the files, I will need to resend.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Large files cannot be sent through email so I use Dropbox so my clients can download the files using a secure link.
Music ready to share
What do you like best about the product?
I'm a composer who shares my music all around the world. Having Dropbox allowed me to have no boundaries.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is not being able to select more than one file and download them at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easier to share my work with others and send shared links to others.

What do you like best about the product?
The simple fact that it is very straight forward to use, it was one of the first reliable cloud backup services and that is has up to now not compromised my informations integrity.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are more features which the service can add, but when I checked last which was quite recerntly, they are working on it or should I say those features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most interesting feature which Dropbox is looking to integrate is their 'Dropbox Backup' App, this feature is their targeted folder backup option for those files and folders which are outside of the main Dropbox Folder which is the central could sync location on ones HDD. The feature in particular which I wish to see once this feature is fully deliveoped is to be able to simple right click any folder or file in my PC regardless of its location on my HDD (outside of the Dropbox main folder) and have Dropbox back it up.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing that I like about Dropbox is that I can keep my files in here and not have to worry about them being deleted or having to worry about anybody to hack it. It is also so easy to use, I can organize my files. I would it almost every week in order to put my business files in there.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly I cant really think about anything that is wrong with dropbox. I has so many features that I can use, that is has no downsides to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me by keeping all my files organized for my business.
Good Free and Convenient Cloud for small amount of data
What do you like best about the product?
It gives me enough free space to sync important files.
What do you dislike about the product?
Less space than some other free options like Google or MSN OneDrive.
