Better Than DocuSign
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's a simple site that's user-friendly. I continue to pay for this site as opposed to the DocuSign that I get for free because it's easier to use, and all of my past documents are very easy to find.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like the new updates made to the site. There's nothing, really, that I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use electronic signing all of the time, and HelloSign makes it super fast and easy. It's a very organized site and very easy to use. They also have great customer service.

I love this software!
What do you like best about the product?
I've used many e-sign softwares before, and I can honestly say that Hello Sign is the easiest and most user-friendly of them all. It's easy to upload a document, choose the fields that you want signed, assign them to a person, then send it for e-signatures from multiple people. Absolutely brilliant software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there's nothing that I don't like about this software. It's very user friendly and is much faster to use than other e-sign softwares that I've used in the past.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of contracts and documents to sign in our business. I'm always looking for tools that are easy to use, efficient, have a good UX, and have built-in automations to manage the signature process for multiple people. Hello Sign handles all of that for me so that I don't have to waste my time doing mindless tasks.
HelloSign Rocks!
What do you like best about the product?
It is very user friendly. Just drag and drop! I also like the templates and the different signature fonts. It really makes my business appear to be very professional. We have automated our process so that makes it awesome as well. The alerts we get when a contract isn't signed takes the guesswork out of wondering if a follow up is needed. Top notch job you are doing at HelloSign!
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't say that there is anything I don't like. I needed a service for contracts and you delivered!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of manually sending contracts has been solved. I don't have to worry about someone signing up for a program and I am on vacation or just having down time.
HelloSign Makes My Business Processes A Breeze!
What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign helps to make my company's business client onboarding easy and more efficient. I like that we are able to use their different services within our business at an affordable cost. HelloSign is a one-stop business platform to help small businesses like mine enhance the client experience!
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is that I wish that HelloSign would offer more details on how to better use their templates. It can be a bit a confusing in their verbiage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HelloSign is the business solution that my company needed for document signing, faxing, and fillable PDFs. The benefit of using HelloSign is that our onboarding process time is more efficient, our clients like that we can easily update any contracts if needed, and the notifications feature is so helpful.

If a form needs changes and it's already been sent out, I can't revise the one I've already uploaded; I must create a whole new document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowed us to move away from fax to using all email - and going paperless. This has allowed quicker turnaround time.

In one document, the last page didn't show up completely (showing half) so had to redo the page and add a blank page to show the signatures.

What do you like best about the product?
I can use the document with my signature without an audit trail. Easy to use when assigning document to a signatory.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot cc someone on a document. I have tried a couple of times already, and copying someone, especially when assigning a contract, is impossible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A digital signature is much easier nowadays because physical interaction is limited due to pandemic.

HelloSign has potential to be much more than what it currently is.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the power of the tool. It is easy to understand, allows to create documents, and intuitively complete any fields needed to have them executed as necessary.
What do you dislike about the product?
As mentioned, I think HelloSign has the potential to allow a lot of incredible functionalities that would allow for a really useful implementation of tools (such as pre-approved documents), yet it limits itself restricting the number of signatories, and there loses market with companies like DocuSign and its PowerForms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving troubles related the companies signature process, but I've found a blocker to how much I can use the tool to automatize my processes due to the above.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be sure that it will cover all your needs as sometimes it will only help you with your most immediate demands, but you'll need to consider other options as soon as you want to go deeper in automation.
