Love the program!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and has good features like signture request, paper, etc. I like the collaboration component between people.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, maybeit lacks a way to integrate like a project menagement tool.

NOthing much to complain but the space limits are always that one looks for.

Notifications are automatic to the one being communicated. They also seem to respond prompt because of that.

Think it works pretty well. Not easy but not difficult either

The price is very high. Every year thinking of changing to another.

Fast, secure backup. Availability most of time.

The storage, however it's seems reasonable for the urgent files.

It gets the job done but I feel like it hasn't improved the past years.

The files are secure. I also like the addition of Paper for dropbox.

The user experience and UI feels clunky and outdated. The collaboration of users also doesn't feel great.

I mainly used dropbox to store important documents and having the ability to securely share them with friends and family online.
Easy to use but expensive plans
What do you like best about the product?
Sharing files with others is fast and easy on both my end and with whoever I'm sharing with.
What do you dislike about the product?
The subscription plans are not competitive compared to other cloud services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm not using it as much as I'd like to because of limited storage space that I have on my current plan.
Best product in the segment
What do you like best about the product?
Installation and configuration is very easy.
Specially the live sync is seamless. I use Dropbox in multiple PCs and Mac to transmit common files which are useful everywhere. I just loved it. And the sync interval is also less compared to other products.

I could not figure ou anything yet. Still if I will find someday I will let you know
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I mentioned earlier I need some common files synchronised between pcs and Mac so I use them to seamlessly configure it whether I am at home at workplace 1, workplace 2, etc.
Reviewing dropbox
What do you like best about the product?
That it is easier to access from any device, automatically uploaded and sync across all devices and easy to share, download and collborate with others. It is super friendly and the owner of the dropbox can easily create folders as the need arise.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you want to move tor organize the upload photos to other folders because as it copied instead of moving. When you want to delete from the camera upload (because it is now doubled), it asks whether you want to delete everywhere in the dropbox. This has caused the photos that you copied are deleted as well.

Keyword when finding documents. The feature of recent folders is also good.
Safe Storage & Automation
What do you like best about the product?
Knowing I can backup and download large amounts of videos, pictures, and other types of files at will. I automate uploads from my phone. It's integrated, easy to implement, and essential to how I organize my files.
What do you dislike about the product?
Annual fee. Dropbox is sometimes blocked at work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When sharing files, I never have to rely on other people having a paid Dropbox account. I create a link and others have access to all files in the Dropbox folder.
My first cloud, My BEST cloud
What do you like best about the product?
It's so seamless, it's so easy! Dropbox was my first cloud service, even before Google Drive. And for years it has helped me go through many tasks, including the time during my Master's degree.
My laptop broke, so I felt sooo lucky that I saved all my important data for my thesis in Dropbox. It was a life saver!

One of the limitation is the low space for free members, but I honestly think that the paid service is worth it!

Backing up important documents. My laptop broke but luckily I had all my important docs on dropbox. Less worry.
