Dropbox is Great for Storing Important Files
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can store important files and images and that I can send large files to individuals easily with a link.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free plan doesn't offer very much storage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to send large content files including images to clients with just a link, when files are too large to send via email.
A handy way to share files between PCs, laptops, phones, etc., only a few small gripes
What do you like best about the product?
I have Dropbox running on my personal Windows PC, my work Mac, my Andriod phone, and another old laptop. It has become my go-to merthod for sharing files between devices. With rare exceptions (see dislike section), it really feels like the files are "on" each of those devices. The cost is reasonable for 3TB of space, which so far has been plenty. I know there are other options that may be similar, but I'm a loyal Dropbox user for now.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every so often, when I am really relying on a file being accessible on device X after I saved it to Dropbox on device Y, Dropbox lets me down and is unable to do the job. The file isn't lost or missing, but the device simply has an unexplained problem which has always resolved itself a little while later. So I wish it were a little more reliable.

In most cases, easy storage and access to docs across my iPhone and laptop.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are layers of compexity. It's not always possible to send a doc as desired, e.g. sometimes only a choice to send a link is possible.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a very safe environment, I feel safe that the files I upload will be stored without any mishaps.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price! If you could lower it a bit..!

Easy for usage
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to move around files and access anywhere you are. It's like having a portable USB with you.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only downside is that offline files does take a lot of space on your harddrive if you need your files immediately and if your internet is down.

The fact that we can all collectively collaborate. It is user friendly and easy for everyone to navigate

There are some document that we are not able to download in their original format.

It's great for long-term use - I've been using it for years and it's so seamless that it's part of my life now.

Sometimes it is clunky when I use the Dropbox app on my desktop.

Makes it easy for remote collaborations.
it is flexible, easily links to phone and is EASY to use.

i like how my phone/desktop link is so smooth and quick!

the new 'look' is confusing because there is too much going on at once. i prefer the old 'look' because all the options were there, but they weren't blasting in my face.

What do you like best about the product?
I work from both home and a physical office location, so the ability to have all my documents in one place and accessible anywhere is incredibly helpful and convenient. Unlike other cloud services, I pick and choose what gets saved and where it gets saved. Having used a service before where everyhing I saved on my computer got uploaded, I quickly used up a lot space that was unnecessary. I use Dropbox multiple times a week, either to reference back to something or to add for future use.
Also, for my personal documents, I love being able to upload it and then get rid of the physical copy. I also like being able to share specific documents or whole folders with someone if needed.
Lastly, I love that I can search Dropbox for a document in case I can't remember where I saved it!

What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything that I dislike about Dropbox. I have never had to use their customer service because it's so easy to use!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because I work from multiple locations, with Dropbox I have access to all the documents I need, when I need them. It also helps me get rid of paper clutter since it's saved in Dropbox.

The ease of uploading and turning on share links. I use it every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really have no complaints. One suggestion might be that the interface on other platforms is a little more intuitive. But once you get used to it, you're good.

Being able to collaborate with team members, never running out of space.
