Hellosign is easy to use, reliable and stores documents for future use.

There isnt anything about HelloSign to change

The most convenient yet still professional!
What do you like best about the product?
It's so nice to have an electronic form to send over for clients! I love the easy access and that it doesn't add to the waste of paper when it comes to release forms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have needed to make adjustments or changes to my current template, but haven't been able to figure out how to edit it. It seems like my only option is to create a completely new template which takes a lot of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of running out of paper forms to sign, and the client has access to the form if they need to go back and review anything!

I love the convenience of HelloSign. Clients can sign off on proposals easily and quickly and no longer need the hassle of scanning documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's really easy to use, I have no complaints.

Projects are signed off on very quickly now!

I can upload my own documents and transform them into fillable paperwork.

Links are a little different now. I had docs set up to email out and they changed into link format.

Just do it. It makes signing and sending documents super simple. Editing is so detailed and you can customize everything.

HelloSign is a great product that streamlines my processes and allows my office to work with clients in a fully remote, COVID-19 workplace!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any significant dislikes about HelloSign. Overall, I'm extremely happy with the product.

The template feature could be easier. We've tried but reverted to updating each document in Google.

The interface is not the most intuitive to me, but once I select the template I want it is easy to use from there

HelloSign does an excellent job fulfilling the needs of our organization. Easy to use and functional. We use this product with contracts, proof approval and invoicing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't particularly appreciate how HelloSign adjusts the document sizing to fit within their email parameters. It could be better if it kept the document dimensions the same.

HellSign helps us get easy signatures from teammates and clients alike. It allows admins to access other team members documents easily and able to download and share.
