Makes life easy
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of accessing documents from multiple devices
What do you dislike about the product?
Storage space for free accounts. If DropBox provides more space that will be good for students and low income people.

I can edit or access documents anywhere in the world. That makes my life easy
Does the job with minimal problems
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and near bulletproof. I am not concerned about security or data loss with Dropbox, which is a big concern for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a Dropbox app that would allow me to stream media directly from my account on a smart TV.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consolidating media in one place.
Amazing Service
What do you like best about the product?
I've changed institutions three times in the past 5 years, and with DB I never have to worry about my information getting lost. Everything is stored in my own space and I can access it from anywhere. Highly recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any complaints other than thr occasional time when I will update a file in one place and it won't sync in time for me to use it elsewhere.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Documents all saved, including old versions of files to reference if needed. No more having something changed by a coathor and the original writing is lost.

Convenience of files from work to office and easier retrieval and storing of files

None, since i can properly utilize and do my work anywhhere without hassle

At times my files won't open based on size of file. Wish they would open no matter what.

I find Dropbox very frustrating and annoying.
What do you dislike about the product?
Always takes too long to react. Often does not do the copying or moving of folders that I request. When I have contacted customer support, get a useless answer.

Dropbox does not solve anything. Just causes annoyance.

office viewer, this allow easy viewing of documents online instead of downloading.

price, would prefer a lower tier subscription for the purpose of moving from cloud to cloud, work to home setup

Great product for sharing, collaboration and easy file access
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is great for sharing files, collaborating on documents and accessing files on the go. I am able to get access to files on my mobile, iPad and Desktop and it is always up to date with the latest versions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its a bit expensive, but good cloud storage seems to cost a fair bit.

Its easy to share files, and access them from anywhere and anytime

I am on the go a lot and I love that I can easily upload, organize and edit documents online using dropbox. Saves me a lot of hassle.
