What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the free space that I got early on when I invited people to join Dropbox. I have nearly 23 GB of free space and I enjoy having my files available wherever I go.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the limited number of devices I can have on the free plan.

Allowing me to keep all files I need at my fingertips no matter where I am

The ease in sharing documents and folders with collegues and accessing files from different devices.

There is a limited space, and it would be more convenient to have more space.

I am able to share large files and folders with others.
Dropbox is very intuitive to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like how intuitive it is even for a new user! I also like that I can manually manage who can access which folder. I also like the way all subfolders are displayed on the left side of my screen. Super easy to find what I need! The mobile app is also very well designed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't yet experienced any negatives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a team of virtual assistants and we all live in different locations. Dropbox helps me keep all inventory well organized so that my team members can acces everything they need in order to fulfill their tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
Seamless sync. If i add something into my Dropbox folder i KNOW it will be synced with all of my devices. It just works.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I find slightly limiting is the device limit on the free account, would be nice to have a few additional devices allowed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It effectivly sync's photots from mobile devices to the cloud, removing the need to sync with a cable.
Essential tool when document organization matters
What do you like best about the product?
I run a commercial building that has over a 100 tenants. From leases to partnership agreements to standard operating procedures, Dropbox is our source of truth for where things are. One big perk to Dropbox over something like a Google Drive is the consistency of formating for publication and printing of our documents versus them getting transcribed into Google Doc or Sheets, format changed, then downloaded back to into Word or Excel requiring editing to get back to the original format.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our only problem has been adding new team members to our Dropbox and them not having the same access that the rest of the team does. It is an issue we are still trying to work out and though other options are not as effective, like Google Drive, they are simpler and more accessible than Dropbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storage and accessibility of key documents across a remote team.

It is absolutely simple to use! And the best part is that I have all my files ready to use at home, at work, an on the go.

The biggest thing is moving large files. Amongst various people and sharing information. and easily sharing links by email or text quickly
Very reliable cloud storage at a reasonable price. Great for use by a team.
