Excellent Cloud Storage for Personal and Business Use
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is excellent for saving my important business documents and images, and for selectively sharing them with customers and friends who need access.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside of Dropbox is the appearance that customers need to sign in to Dropbox in order to access and download the documents I have shared with them. I always need to explain that they can simply close the pop-up window, without the need to log in, and then download the document I have shared.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox helps me to save and share the documents and images that I often need to share and provided to customers. I also love the ease of dragging and dropping documents and images in order to quickly upload them to a Dropbox folder.
Love the integration with MS Office
What do you like best about the product?
I'm writing a novel in Word, and Dropbox integrates very well with it so that I have a safe cloud copy. I can open the file in Word directly from within the Dropbox app.
What do you dislike about the product?
Takes a good 10 seconds or so after hitting Refresh for Dropbox to refresh my document.

Dependable and essential
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it syncs on all my devices, is searchable on them and I can share files easily

The cost and sometimes I have a hard time previewing files that are only online

Backing up and syncing my files - I like that even if my computer is stolen, lost or damaged I can access my work.

Simple interface, simple operation, vary reliable.

I am sometimes uncertain about the links created for non Dropbox users.

Sharing files across IOS, windows and android. Sharing files with other, non Dropbox users.
The obvious choice... period.
What do you like best about the product?
I have enjoyed using Dropbox for almost 2 decades. I've used the alternatives working with other organizations, but none have felt as natural to use. Dropbox offers all of the same functionality as competitors, but isn't catered to operate within a specific ecosystem like Microsoft or Google products. I like that!

I don't like the higher price of use when needing to upgrade to larger storage.

It's helpful to request large files using the Dropbox file request.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using dropbox for years. It's my favorite way to share files with clients and friends/family. It's particularly useful for content creators, photographers, videographers. I can count on the platform to share my files in the quickest way possible without corrupting or changing the file size. The platform is beyond easy to use. User friendly is an understatement. I'd highly reccomend to anyone looking to store or share their files in a safe, convenient, reliable way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Larger files take a while to upload but there isn't a file sharing platform that doesn't have this issue. The large the file, the longer the upload time!

I am a freelance. I am using Dropbox since 12 years. This is the main way for file sharing with clients. I am very satisfied. Love Dropbox.

Something apps loading problem. Now all ok.
Peace of Mind
What do you like best about the product?
I love the peace of mind that all my photos, documents, files, etc are safe and backed up. I had trusted an external hard drive at one point and lost everything on when it stopped working. With Dropbox I dont have to worry about losing anything.
I have also newly discovered the signature option and am loving this new feature for our business - it's a money-saver!

What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I have with Dropbox, is when trying to organize my files and photos from the Dropbox website. I would love if there was an option to "drag and drop" the selected items in to various folders. It is quite time consuming with the current setup - especially dealing with our camera photo backup folder.

Being able to access content from various devices at the office and on jobsites.

I have been using Dropbox for many years so I could replace my external hard drive. Now there are many services for back up but dropbox was one of the first and is definitely the best. I've done free trials on others and have not been satisfied.
