Recognition and Suggestions for the service
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy Dropbox Paper and the user-friendliness of the app across my IOS and Windows machine. The responsiveness on my IOS phone compared to other cloud solutions is what makes dropbox the best solution for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downloading medium to large-sized folders does not work most times through the Dropbox website. I wish the rewind mechanism could output the rewinded files into separate folders based on their date to allow for ease of comparison.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox allows me to reliably version and backup my important project files across multiple devices. This allows me to work on my design projects across several machines without any hassle.
Easily share and access from anywhere
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox allows me to access and share files from wherever I may be. It frees up storage space on my laptop and is great for storing picture, videos and large files. I've found that nearly everyone I share a file with is familiar with using Dropbox which makes it simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've hesitated to delete old shared files owned by others because I've worried that it might delete the files for them, too. If I took the time to search for an answer, I have a feeling I could delete freely without worry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It stores everything in the cloud so I can easily access files from any of my devices.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox gives me acces to my file anytime I need them. Folders are uploaded as I make changes on my pc

For now, I would say the size for free users is too small

I do not have to worry about keeping a large storgae space to keep essential files. I just upload to dropbox

I enjoy the ability to access my needed files from multiple devices

I cannot seem to have more than one profile, as when I tried, it would not let me easily log in. I have 2 different businesses, and it would be helpful to have 2 different Dropboxes to share

The ability to hold a massive amount of documents safely and securely in one place

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to transfer files from laptop and phone. It keeps my data organised and safe to use in future. Easy access of data is also available.

It gives very less free space for me and my staff.

It helps in data organisation, data transfer, keeping very important files safe as dropbox is old and reliable.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful feature about dropbox is the seamless upload ability from my iphone photos. As a content creator, it's quite easy to run out of storage quickly but Dropbox makes it so easy to upload my content onto the platform. The best part is, I have easy access to whatever content I want to use in the moment and its all neat, labeled, and organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have any particular dislikes about Dropbox except that sometimes the uploads I try to execute from my photos folders just fail. I'm not sure why this happens but it would be nice if Dropbox had a bigger upload capacity for large media file types or groups of large media.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox makes it very easy to upload my content and it benefits me tremendously as someone who produces large volumes of content on a weekly basis and needs access to it at any given moment.
It is really convenient to access from anywhere.

That I can view, edit, and download files from just about anywhere there is internet access.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox keeps me mobile and it runs many parts of my business. Whether I am on my phone or really anywhere I am able to collaborate and share things with my team or others.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing is really wrong with Dropbox but more so there is no way you can replace the laptop experience so Dropbox is of course better when in front of the laptop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The collaboration on projects with files that I can share with anyone in the world. At times a lot of this information is sensitive so it is great to know it can only be accessed by those people I set the permissions for.
Simple yet powerful storage solution
What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple and powerful Dropbox is. Easy to navigate and is really useful. I can organize my files well having ways of personalization maintaining files quality. The app offers large capacity which is also good!
What do you dislike about the product?
Dropbox app may sometimes lag but overall it is a best alternative in saving files because others are overrated and is costly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It offers large storage capacity which is really helpful for me. I was able to organize my files seemlessly. This app also secured which really protects me as a user.
