Convenient tool
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Dropbox to upload docs and pics from iPhone to keep same quality of pics etc.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to keep all of my application materials organized and easily accessible. I have multiple versions of my resumes and application materials that I can pull up and edit quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the size limit for the free account was larger
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy collaboration and sharing. I like that I can access it on multiple devices
Expensive, but necessary
What do you like best about the product?
The backup files, the ability to share files easily, and the ability to easily work with others as a consultant makes the site necessary for my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is expensive and there isn't a mini tier. I don't need 2TB of data, but it's the smallest option they have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easy to share individual folders within a larger client folder for other consultants to work on while I can keep my files organized
Better than iCloud
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is easy and simple, and doesn't lag or slow down my computer

Nothing I can think of. It's a great program.

I need to be connected to all my files from home. I keep everything backed up with Dropbox so it's easy to get a hold of.
Cool and Reliable E-Storage
What do you like best about the product?
I like the practicallity and versatility of being able to share via different apps and different types of files. Its offline feature is also very helpful

I would hope to have more storage for less

Dropbox is allowing me to store my files (mainly media files) and access them every where seamlessly and losselessly
Seamless experience
What do you like best about the product?
I've used dropbox for years now and enjoy that it ia a seamless experience across multiple platforms that I use. It's very reliable and quick and has never let me down.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing of their plans need more flexability. Would love a photos feature like google photos.

It helps be back uf from my NAS, dirictly access on the cloud and share files across platforms.

It is much easier to operate than the google drive. I trust all of my music files/albums to Dropbox.

yet to be discover. Maybe sometimes syncing with my phone and desktop is not ideal...

Massive storage. I am in need of it. And I love the fact i can access my files anytime from anywhere..
Long-term storage - legacy digital assets
What do you like best about the product?
I love how you can automatically synch photos from phone to Dropbox using the app. And that allows you to free up space on your phone. I also like having the desktop app on my computer, which allows access to important files, without having to save them locally. This makes finding important information very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to pay for a longer time period. I would like a lifetime subscription which can be shared to my kids as a way of having photos and important documents pass to future generations. As it is now, it seems like you can only pay one year at a time, and I always worry about my credit card being expired and missing a notification for renewal.

File sharing, data backup, photo storage.
Quality of Life for managing files within an organization
What do you like best about the product?
What I like about Dropbox is that the desktop sync feature is consistent and easy to understand for all users when implemented on any computer. It's easy to integrate on any new computer and the additional features that are constantly included in each update make the frequently used Dropbox app a life changer. Also, customer support is A1 when I run into issues with my files or when I'm not syncing with my coworkers.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times dropbox doesn't show files that are available on the web app, but not on the desktop app. I constantly have to go on the web to find the correct file and download it rather than instantly opening the file within the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem dropbox is solving is the cross-collaboration with others all across the web. Rather than emailing or sending USBs to one another we use dropbox to instantly see updates from files.
Works Mostly Seamlessly
What do you like best about the product?
Once it is set up, it simply works in the background.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting it up initially can be a bit of a challenge -- and if it ever stops working, you may not know it right away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Backup of all my stored files and the ability to see everything on all my devices.
