Everything easily accessible in one place
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox continually makes my life better. I never have to worry about if a file is on the computer I'm on because the answer is, yes, it's on my Dropbox. I'm able to access whatever I need whenever I need it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is the only potential downside; however, for me, it has paid for itself many times over in accessibility

I have multiple computers. Sometimes, I'd rather work on my laptop than my desktop, and my files are always exactly where I need them to be.

Menu format is too cumbersome. Need to look all over to find the desired action

Seamless Integration Reliable Syncing
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox enables me to backup my critical files and makes them available from multiple devices. This is especially helpful when switching between work locations. I use it daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Desktop setup to a non-default location can be a little confusing, but once it's complete, Dropbox has worked well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to pick up where I left of when working from home or from the office. Dropbox also provides the security of knowing that my important files are available on the fly and backed up in case of local system failure.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the flexibility and reliable services Dropbox has to offer. Their pricing is wonderful and reasonable. The ease of use, implementation and integration is wonderful across all platforms. I have never had an issue that couldn't be resolved quickly. I use Dropbox daily for both my photography and personal uploads.

There isn't anything about Dropbox to dislike.

Dropbox is not only helping my solve storage space capacity but search features as well are splendid.
Seamless between devices
What do you like best about the product?
I have used Dropbox as my cloud for over a decade now. I switch between device apps and browsers. I love having quick and easy access anywhere I go. It's easy to search and sort. I share photo albums for my friends constantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't utilized phone or device back up syncing much although I know it does it. I don't love how un-sorted back ups are.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Have an easy-to-use on all devices or platforms and affordable cloud has been the best. We segue between PC or Mac. The app on devices or computers works better than all clouds I've tried: Box, Google Drive, icloud, etc.

It's easy to use, and can integrate with a number of other sites. I use it everyday for file transfers, without the limits of other transfer sites.
The file manager means it's basically an easy-to-implement file sharing site.
Customer support is decent, thankfully I haven't needed it much.

As always, we wish prices would be lower, but it's very affordable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It quickly allows me to share files, and get feedback. I can also replace the files at the same link for easy revisions. Particularly image and multimedia sharing, a client can download ONLY what they need, rather than an entire folder.
