Dropbox is a safe secure way to store your files
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it is easy to navigate. The site is secure. It offers automation options that I really love. I have never reached out to customer support, but I use Dropbox every single day. I love the dropbox app and use it from my desktop every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides to this wonderful app!

Managing large amounts of files and providing 24/7 access to them!

I LOVEEEE dropbox, its so easy to transition from my pc to my phone in just one go. So convient.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is very easy and works great for transferring files and videos. Very convenient for storing excess files and videos to keep phone storage free. Would recommend to anyone.

Sometimes the app crashes during file transfer. And at times I can't find my files

It helps with my day to day business needs. Makes my job easier to do when my associates also use the app.
Hands down the best cloud storage.
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox has been a game changer for my photography business, I use it for my database storage and use it to send images to clients quickly and without hassle. It just works. And works well. Super secure and reliable. I have tried other cloud storages companies and dropbox trumps them all. I wouldn't be able to run my business without Dropbox!

Sometimes it syncs slowly, however restarting my computer usually resolves the issue (im a mac user)

Having all documetns available from where we are working is a huge advantage to our business

Can be a little clunky at sign in stage or changing accounts but all in all a great program

Wouldn't want to run my business without Dropbox
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can work on my work computer and then go home and continue the same work. Both computers have the same files on them. I use Dropbox daily and have done so for years.

Would like it to be cheaper for my business.

I do not need to use a USB to transfer files from work to home.
Easy to use and access files from anywhere.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that I can access my Dropbox account from anywhere in the world so long as I have access to the Internet. I can quickly access my saved files and easily create a link to share any of my files with others. I have been using the free account now for several years and it allows me to have it loaded onto up to three computers, cellphones or tablets at one time. I can also access my account from any computer by going to their website.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like is the low storage limit on the free accounts compared to the Box program which allows me 50 GB of storage at no cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I immediately scan and save all my receipts on all my purchases, I've gone so far as taking a garden hose back to a store because it offered a Lifetime Warranty after being 9 years old, they challenged me claiming I had to produce my receipt so I took out my phone, opened the Dropbox App and showed it to them which was a total suprise to the store clerk
