Dropbox is so convenient. It's accessible from your phone, computer or tablet.
What do you like best about the product?
The accessibility. I can access it from anywhere and save files and photos.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's sometimes hard to find a folder. Sometimes they get saved in another folder and I don't remember which one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storage on my devices.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything my business needs for digital Cloud storage. I use it to store and share everything I need to, with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I can no longer access both of my accounts from my file Explorer. I can only link one account at a time to my desktop
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is saving me from taking up hard drive space and giving me the freedom to share drafts of my work for comments and edits.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using dropbox for around 9 years and so far it never disappointed me. Love it
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to say about that, yet if it can increase the device limit that would be awsome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Back in the days I was carrying a portable USB with all my data. Carrying a physical device like that can quickly become a liability if that is lost. Having a cloud storage that is properly secured will solve that problem , just like drop box.
Conveniently share large files with clients
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is an affordable way to share large files with clients. I sometimes have presentations that include customer video. These files can become massive, and so I use Dropbox instead of my local c: drive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really see any negatives at this time. It does what is says it does.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is impossible to email all the presentations and large video files I can create for my clients. This is where Dropbox comes in. It's really easy to provide a client with edit access.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that everything i work with gets uploaded automatically to my Dropbox account and i can see it on different devices that i have logged in onto my account.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it were a little cheaper, after that I don't think i dislike anything else, the app maybe could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work in the music industry, so every session i work is automatically backed up on my dropbox, this saved me from losing data on different occasions.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and the user friendly interface. I love being able to access all my files from anywhere and any device.

Nothing I don't like about it. It can be a bit cheaper.

Dropbox could be improved by being more advertised and visible on media platforms, so users will be more introduced to its features and uses. This will also cause users or potential users to feel more comfortable with its services.

It allows quicker access to my files.
While weary about using Dropbox Premium and paying a subscription, it has been worth every penny
What do you like best about the product?
That I am able to back up pretty much all of my files as I have incredible space with Dropbox Premium, and not only just pictures and videos.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wanted to change my billing cycle from monthly to annually (as you also get a discount that way) but even with the help chat option the only way to do that is to cancel my account and then renew it again, and making sure I click on annual billing. I hope it works, as the date is coming up, and that none of my files are lost. There should be an easier way to do it.
