Amazing Product
What do you like best about the product?
The versality of the application everywhere.

Maybe the price can be lower for long term customers

I keep all business and personal documents in the folders.
As a musician, Dropbox has been an integral part of my process. I’m over the cloud.

Seamless synchronicity between my different computers, as well as my clients

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the fact that Dropbox tends to be Operating System agnostic and has worked well on machines I own that have run Mint Linux, Ubuntu Linux, Windows, iOS, Android and MacOS. It works really well with our Calibre library that houses the books that we use on the farm.
What do you dislike about the product?
The major drawback is the necessity of an internet connection to use files, but this is obvious because it is off-site storage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox keeps me from having to have an external harddrive onhand all the time to access our SOP documents that we use on the farm, and allows me to not have to store each document on my mobile.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox aids in organizing client documents while allowing them to be accessible by all parties. It allows sharing of large files without taking up email storage and to share specific files within the body of a sentence to direct people to the exact document your referencing.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no dowside to using Dropbox, I wish more vendors would use instead of sending huge files as attachments to email.

Sharing documents in organized way. Allowing easy access to previously viewed documents.

What do you like best about the product?
The most important thing is the easy way to collect my pictures and files in a safe place. The integration of the family files and incorporation of professional files is simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer support is wise but most of it is unusable to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don´t use Dropbox with ny business problems, only personal files considering my family and other close ones.
So much better than Google Drive

Automated upload -- totally transparent -- if it's in my desktop Dropbox folder, well, it's also in my cloud!

Needs rebranding. Right now people people thinks it's old tech that got bypassed (think Skype).

I don't use for collaboration, or only minimally so. I use for backup and use across all my devices -- two laptops, a desktop, and my iphone.
Dropbox handles everything for all my creative needs.

Easy to use app for phone and access via PC. I can access my files anywhere on any device as needed whenever I need to.

There is honestly nothing that I dislike about Dropbox.

Allows me to back up all my files in a safe place in case of device meltdown. Allows for quick, frequent, and necessary sharing of files between parties.

Useful tool for online data storage and team work
What do you like best about the product?
The feature that I can keep my files stored online only, and that saves a lot of space in my local laptop.
What do you dislike about the product?
The subscription plan is relatively expensive for a 2TB storage, I hope the storage plan can be more user afforadable;
Dropbox doesn't quite help with the situation when multiple people edit on the same file simultaneously - each time it will create another conflicted file, causing some troubles in team collaboration.

Using Dropbox, I can instantly share files for the project to my teammates and my cohorts. This benefits me a lot in enhancing my work efficiency and save my time.
