What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, upload docs and easy to share it with colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial capacity it provides. I think it should start the free tier with at least 10 GB.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The file sharing problem is resolved. I have completed at least 5 scientific collaboration using Dropbox.
Worth every penny
What do you like best about the product?
I love the convenience and accessibility of dropbox. It is so user friendly right off the bat. And the help features are well explained. Even editing inside of the product is intuitive and straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont have much to say negative about it. I might ask for a better transfer of the accessibility/navigation of the phone app Dropbox. But perhaps even that is based on your phone and not the app itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing contributors to comment and offer edits is truly streamlining feedback and moving projects along quickly.

I love that people can drop items into a webpage to upload into a folder.

Nothing so far. So far so good. I haven't used all the features yet.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a well-working solution that offers good value for money. Third-party options are available, but sometimes we are afraid to click a link on a non-recognisable app. This is very functional app, trustworthy, reliable, my files are always there.
I use Dropbox every day to sync files between my computers and provide backup + versioning.
Everybody can use it. Basic operations are very user friendly.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have better integration with the MS office. Easier management/movement/organisation of the files shared with me by other coleagues using Dropbox.
I want to purchase dropbox for my business, but ony busnise option is available, which is less ptimal for small teams.

It syncs the files between multiple computers I am using for private and profesional tasks.

Limited free capacity so either have to pay or delete items

Seamlessly use files on laptop, iPhone, and iPad; files sync in the background without timing out or giving errors

Some file types cannot be previewed, but that has not been a significant downside for me.

Making files accessible across all of my devices and enabling me to share projects with my customers as soon as they are completed.
Must have for small business
What do you like best about the product?
The best reason to have Dropbox is the ability to access my files from anywhere, on nearly any device. I can use my phone to access a document I was working on with my laptop.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is a big that has made it impossible for me to rename files inside of MS Word. I can only rename them in the Finder.

The two problems it solves are access to documents, and file backup.
Never disappointed
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Dropbox for many years, since it was in beta (I believe). Through all the developments over the years, it has consistently been a reliable way to store and backup files. With desktop and mobile apps, I always have a way to move and save files with just a few clicks or taps. I've been selling it to others by way of recommendation for years.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I haven't found anything I dislike about Dropbox.

Dropbox allows for seamless collaboration on a number of projects, with real-time updates and easy-to-use features.
Extremely easy to use platform!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that dropbox is extremely easy to navigate and is connected to many different platforms. Easy to upload download and save. I appreciate being able to send a copy or give a download link.

Nothing I have to really complain about.

What do you like best about the product?
I work in theatre--Dropbox is a great tool for keeping my files organized by show! It is an integral part of my workflow. It is a convenient and easy tool for sharing show files with different collaborators on my production teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the download speed for files is a little too slow for my liking.
