Pretty smooth experience so far.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate, manage files and so on.
What do you dislike about the product?
The base storage is way too small for a free plan. Compared to other competitors, I think that's kinda sad. Otherwise I'd be using Dropbox more often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I mean its good for backing up in case of emergencies. Strong storage solutions.

What do you like best about the product?
We use Dropbox in our choir and it is a reliable and seamless way to ensure that everyone can access the files on any device

If you don't have an account you may find the app fissy

Files can be uploaded and later updated and we don't have to search through emails to find the new file

What do you like best about the product?
This program is the most effective I have found for saving my files so they are accessible from any of my devices. It's very easy to share them privately and publicly. It's fast, and I trust that my privacy is in place. I use it most often to store files that will then be integrated with my newsletter and my YouTube channel. It's just a matter of dropping the file into my Dropbox folder and linking to it wherever I need it. I have never even needed to contact customer support, so I have no idea of what they're like. Dropbox just makes my professional life so much easier!

I can't think of a single thing I don't like about Dropbox!

I need to receive and send files to my coauthor and others who help me with my editing work and my newsletter.

What do you like best about the product?
I love using my Dropbox to store my photos. As someone who has always been taking pictures with my phone and film camera, I love having the ability to save all of them in one place without worrying about losing them. My favourite part is I can create files in order to sort by year or even a great trip.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when moving my photos from my phone to Dropbox using the app, I find it really inconvenient that I have to stay in the app. Even if my phone times out and locks with the app open, I find it stops the uploading progress which isn't very realistic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Freeing space on my phone to continue taking photos without worry of deleting memories I do not want to lose.

Dropbox is a central part of our workflow as a large non-profit with multiple locations. We're able to keep files up to date on multiple devices, making workflows a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dropbox likes to add features to their service, and some seem very unnecessary. There's a bit if feature bloat and I think the core product suffers at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox enables us to easily share and collaborate on a variety of files, offering easy download links, and collecting assets from the field.

Ability to work have files offline and download on demand. Working with files that are stored in dropbox.

Consuming my computer hard drive space for storage.

Its a great service. its very easy to use and i havent had any problems with it

the pricing and limits. it just really costs a lot to get a decent plan with a good storage limit.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can share all my files with multiple colleagues in a seamless manner

It'd be better if Dropbox had better pdf viewing and editing features.
