Industry standard for a reason
What do you like best about the product?
Quick way of sharing large files with people, I'm regularly needing to send video and audio files to people and it's foolproof

Awkward sharing with people who don't have enough space left

Large file transfer, sync between work and remote machines

Practical and Reliable
What do you like best about the product?
I love how integrated the system is with my operating system (OS). Dropbox feels part of my Finder and I can access my files seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I particularly dislike about Dropbox, but as a cloud/storage provider, I hope you guys are keeping up to date with the latest hacking trends.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like being able to access my files from all my devices, wherever I am.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the convenience of it being available anywhere I go. I also like the convenience of a simple icon on my desktop next to the clock where I'm able to access the app. I do not need any separate shortcuts to clutter my Desktop.
What do you dislike about the product?
The account size is too small. There are too many new features available and I'm having a hard time figuring out what they are. Maybe because they are for paid customers? Would like to see a larger account or be able to consolidate with my other account.

It's addressing an issue of ease of access to my files anywhere I go

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is easy for people of all computer & phone proficiencies to use. I have my staff use DropBox to submit receipts & photos with no issues. I create a folder for each person to submit through and they can easily edit the titles of each.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislikes or complaints. It's an easy to use product.

I needed a way to collect receipts and photos all in one place. Email was exhausting, going through countless each week. This simplifies everything.

Can access it anywhere you are able to login.

Takes a lot of space on an iphone. Sorting files is easier on the website versus the desktop folders.

Able to share content with multiple people to collaborate and get projects completed.

We use it to securely transmit payroll data across the US to our PEO in Florida. It works great for that.

There are so many ads and email trying to sell you stuff or upgrade
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
rather that secure emailing docs, we save to Dropbox and PEO personnel open and process. I think we could expand on this but we also have secure email and MS Teams that we use for similar tasks.

It's access to save with other systems. Many systems are compatible.

N/A I enjoy using Dropbox. It has held many of my private data.
