What do you like best about the product?
I like that Dropbox is very user friendly on both my end and the viewers end.

What do you like best about the product?
Personally, I like the avalibility, ease of use, and UI of Dropbox. I can easily share documents/files/folders with my collaborators, distribute information, and make comments on Dropbox. It's storage is very good and so easy to use. Customer service is also very excellent and I use Dropbox almost every working day. I can easily upload documents and work with Excel and Microsoft Word within Dropbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
Personally, I think the price is quite high for my Dropbox setting. However, I am very happy with everything else about dropbox. I do also which Dropbox could have an AI feature like Youtube of Instagram.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do not use canva or office in our business. Dropbox is the easiest way to share documents outside of email. Additionally, it allows us to store our online documents safely online rather than on paper.
