Great, But Could Be Better
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Dropbox is dependable and also that I feel safe with having my files with them, especially my pictures that auto-upload from my Android phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit messy and the mobile app is clunky and I wish it was easier to use, the desktop app/website is easier but also a little cumbersome
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox helps me solve the problem of sharing large files that are too big to gmail with my collaborators, it is also solving the problem of archiving my personal photos that only exist in some form on hard drives/computers/molbile phones.
Completely reliable. Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is reliable. It just works. And always works. There are no surprises. I've used Dropbox for 10+ years and haven't ever had a problem. The file structure is easy to understand, backups are automatic and it isn't going anywhere..... I'll be using Dropbox for another 10 years, no doublt.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dropbox costs more than I'd like to pay but the cost is 100% worth every penny, every time. I am assured that my files are safe and secure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I always know where my files are. I can access files across machines and locations. My files are safe, secure and accessible.
Organize and share
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox has an intuitive, organized system of folders that allow the assets of a larger project to be easily navigable and managable by all members of the project. I can easily share an entire folder or a single image with one click once I've uploaded it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to scroll left and right through mulitple images in a file folder, vs clicking on each indiviual image, would be a great addition.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing me to upload and access files VERY quickly and efficiently
Good file sharing utility for smaller file sharing needs
What do you like best about the product?
I like the easy with which I can upload files and then create links to share with others.
What do you dislike about the product?
The allowable space for a non paid account doesn't feel like too much, particularly when one considers it is across ALL shared folders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to easily share files for viewing with other members of a team. They're also in one place for easy historical reference.
Perfect to use for business invoices
What do you like best about the product?
Uploading and saving business invoices has been a simple experience! The best feature is searching for an invoice and typing in one or more words so the invoice appears without having to sift through everything. We have done this multiple times when an invoice is needed from a couple of years back. The filter options in how the list is organized is great whether we want it by numbers or dates. Perfect also for forwarding documents to someone!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know that we have a dislike for Dropbox and we use it daily in our business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Document management in one place. Upgrading has been absolutely worth it since we rely on Dropbox so much as a business
Easy to use, cheap option to store info
What do you like best about the product?
Been using Dropbox for years since college. Very useful for traveling and using at home! Cheap, easy and efficient

I have no complaints as of yet. There was an instance I suppose where I could not access my account and was never able to access it. I had to create a new one.

I love how much info I can store - much better than other companies trying to make money

Excellent Online Service
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Dropbox since 2010. It is a great online tool to store photos and documents. Although there are now many other cloud options available today I prefer to use Dropbox due to its easy implementation and ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not had any problems or issues with Dropbox. There is nothing that I dislike about te service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The easy sharing of photos, artwork and data.
