What do you like best about the product?
Ability to automatically sync pics. Ability to access across devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing negative comes to mind. It works in the background most of the time and I don't think much about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Safety of backup. Sharing with clients.

So easy to organize my documents and get them across all my mobile devices and virtual machines.

Sometimes, the search feature is not the best. I wish there was a tagging system to help find relevant files faster.

No real negatives, sometimes it randomly drops out and you can't share without going to the web app

How easy it is for our team to use. We share multiple files daily and it works every time.

Not drop box specific but if new team members haven't used it before we have to onboard them to our dropbox platform.

Storing large media in one place to share and collaborate on ad a team.

What do you like best about the product?
A lot of my business is based on video, and I rely on dropbox to store and transfer video and other large files. I also use it as an online file cabinet for storage for documents and other.

No downside unless price goes up. I don't have major dislikes.

It is safe and efficient storage of information.

It is pricey. It's a little expensive. But worth it.

Extremely useful in finding files on the fly and being able to access them almost immediately. Can do it from basically any device.

There's a bit of a charge for more premium plans

Being able to have my team access files on the fly and Dropbox is that one stop solution.
Indispensable back=up and file management tool
What do you like best about the product?
With desktop integration, I can move and manage files on my local machine and have it reflected nearly instantaneously on the site. As one who has had issues with hard drive failure, the ease of backing of my important files is important to me. And, as one who is self employed and works with a lot of clients, the peace of mind that I won't lose critical data is powerful. I use Dropbox just about every day. It's that important.

I can't think of anything I don't like about Dropbox.

Little things are sometimes hard or not as intuitive as they should be

It’s been great for collaborating and sharing, but also keeping consistent Documents across multiple devices.

Sometimes the interface is clunky or hard to navigate from iOS to PC
