I use it to cache my password vault for use on my phone and computers.
What do you like best about the product?
I can use it on any of my devices in a secure manner. It is seamless, easy to install, use, and easy to integrate. Also a convenient large-file share tool. I use it every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is hardly something to dislike but if it had more free capacity, that would be great. No real complaints though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secure single point of maintenance for my password vault and convenient way to share large files.
It does everything I need from storing photos to sending them to clients.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use. So easy to share an album or folder with a client.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one issue I've come across is when I share an album with a client they sometimes get storage messages about being out of space, even though the album is connected to my account and they are just viewing it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storage and transfers. Saves me time and helps me manage more clients.
Best collaborative tool
What do you like best about the product?
I find Dropbox to be the most intuitive and easy to use collaboration tool. I primarily use Dropbox Paper and we have teams of people commenting and making real time edits and updates to documents with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
For Dropbox Paper in particular, it could do with better spelling and grammar functionality, as well as an in-document search function.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting disparate asynchronous teams needing to collaborate across geographical locations. Real time edits, commentary and notifications allow the whole team to be kept up to date with the latest versions of documents.

What do you like best about the product?
As a professional photographer, Dropbox has revolutionized the way I manage and deliver my work. The seamless file-sharing feature allows me to quickly deliver high-resolution photos to my clients, ensuring they receive their images without any hassle. The organizational tools help me keep track of multiple projects, making it easy to sort and store my work. My clients can easily make selects directly on the shared folders - It's an indispensable tool in my photography business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I truly can't critique anything! Dropbox has done everything I needed it to, and more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing multiple people to access the same files at the same time - making comments and rating different files. The collaborative experience is the most efficient out of all the competitors.
Great for sharing video and photos
What do you like best about the product?
the ease of sharing video and photos. I use this to share video with team members and clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Free storage limit is low. I wish there was more free storage but I understand why there isn't.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can't send large videos in email so this solves that problem.
Great product. Saved me a number of times

All other file sync and share products have their origins with Dropbox. They were the first and they are the best.

Their pricing for anything over the basic level is a little pricy

Good for Data Storage
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox keeps everything you need in one location. It is a great option whether it's for personal use or business use. The navigation is user friendly as well. I use Dropbox every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like about Dropbox is the issue of Conflicted Copy. If multiple people are in the same file, and save the file, one of the saves creates a Conflicted Copy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps all of my files and information in one central location.
A practical tool to storage fills.
What do you like best about the product?
That I can access my personal and work files anywhere anytime.
What do you dislike about the product?
The online platform sometimes it's not as practical as the Desktop App. Sometimes it's hard to find options or settings that are easier on the Desktop platfomr.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox helps to save storage in my computer and makes it easier to access files in my phone.
