Easy to use and reliable backup
What do you like best about the product?
It has a range of apps for different platforms which make it fairly ubiquitous and dependable as a backup solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Ubuntu app can be a little slow to start up, but once going it is faultless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Backup of photos and files across multiple devices.

It is really sleek and easy to use. I wish it did show who viewed your folder hwen sharing files.

The password manager kicked me out once and I lost all of my passwords.

Amazing secure online storage
What do you like best about the product?
Conviencence of online access with the ability to access it from anywhere, phone, laptop, etc. I use it daily and it was very easy to set up. Being able to share a link with others is very valuable!

Cannot think of anything I dislike about Dropbox.

It is allowing me to share lots of files in a central location, keeping everything organized, so that my team can be as efficient and effective as possible.

It is very convenient to share documents with other people. It is easy to use, essential an extension to windows explorer. Files can be backed up to Dropbox from other devices.

It can be easy to create duplicate documents when other people work on the same document at the same time.

Data in a good safe location, accessible anywhere.
