It just works
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox has always had the simplest, most user-friendly cloud storage technology. It integrates seamlessly, syncs continuously, and always works exactly the way you want.
What do you dislike about the product?
Space limitations can be pretty restrictive if you don't want to upgrade to a paid plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seamless backup of important files and constant availability of those files on any device.
Seamless transparent drama free filing
What do you like best about the product?
Wht I love most about dropbox is that I never have to think about it - unlock a lot of software that is constantly asking for things - updates, authentication, changes to interface, dropbox is just there acting the way it is supposed to act and serving me my files and on my devices!
What do you dislike about the product?
It not a big issue but sometimes I find it hard to use on mobile devices. The app on iphone is trying too hard. I dont need suggestions what fiñe i migjt want to see. i want to see my folder list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Disk space and accessing fiñes from multiple locations
Reliable cloud storage with flexible sharing use
What do you like best about the product?
I have used dropbox for years, nearly since its inception. It was from the beginning the best and fastest resource for cloud storage and over the years has continued adding features that are reliable and useful, especially for sharing and editing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Almost nothing - the things I used to dislike in the past have all been improved upon.
One issue that remains is that when I want to share a file directly from an iphone, such as a PDF,, (a file, not a link), the process is convoluted and I can't always get it to work. This should be an easy process but it seems dropbox pushes for users to keep files on the server rather than easily share them directly off the server.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox handles filesharing and version control well for my work.
I am very happy with the product and the services
What do you like best about the product?
Data storage security and prices, ease of use
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any major negative thing to say
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
file sharing, collaboration and data storage security
Dropbox have been my go-to solution for cloud storage for all my projects.
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how simple to set everything up and sync folders across multiple computers. Compared to other solutions the selective sync, online/offline features works perfectly (other solution often creates temporary files which are often impossible to get rid off). Works perfectly both on my Windows and MacOS machines. Another favourite feature is the version history, it gives me a peace of mind when working on files with limited auto-save history. I use it daily for professional work and for personal use, it is just easy to manage files across devices (PC, Mac, Mobile, Tablet).
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't any negatives I can point out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Syncing files across devices easily and quickly. Having a version history which is really helpful when working on longer projects and have to go back to an earlier version of some files. Selectively syncing files, to have everything stored in a safe place, but still be able to work on current projects.
The Ease of Accessing Your Files Anywhere
What do you like best about the product?
the ability to share files with friends who can edit at the same time, for example, a schedule, spreadsheet, documents, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hummm, tough question. Recently they stopped using Google sheets to load files from your DropBox which made it easier. there are extra steps now to beable to edit your files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time and worrying about security. File sharing has become so simple and with dropbox, secure to the point where you can see who has access to your files and restrict access or give different levels of access
Easy cloud storage
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that DropBox is looking to improve and actively seeks its customers' feedback. Being able to collaborate with team members on a document in the cloud is very helpful, as well as the ease of saving screenshots to a specific folder on DropBox.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think I can easily search through DropBox and determine which PDFs are OCRd.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Online cloud storage, I'm able to share documents easily with others and access them from anywhere.
Been using Dropbox for years; never failed me once
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Dropbox for a long time now, just over 10 years. I honestly can't imagine not having it, it's the perfect link between my devices, allowing me to seamlessly transition from my phone to my tablet to my home PC. Sync times are practically instant, so I can count on even large files to sync quickly. Anything I want to have quick and frequent access to is always at my disposal, and accessing it is about as easy as you can imagine. Dropbox is about as easy to integrate into your life as it gets, even default settings for it with no additional tinkering ensure that your most frequently used files are automatically backed up. I'd recommend Dropbox to pretty much everyone, even infrequent computer users will find value in it.
I actively use Dropbox daily, and despite having used it's free service for the entirety of my time using it, I've not once gotten any sort of intrusive ads for their own services or for any others, which is a rarity these days. Most apps and programs will hound the user with integrated ads if you don't pay for their service, and thankfully Dropbox has remained completely ad-free, which is a big reason why I continue to use them to this day.

What do you dislike about the product?
I struggle to find any problems with Dropbox, if I'm being completely honest. Not once in the time I've used it have I had any pressing issues or concerns that have prompted me to question any continued use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's great at keeping multiple devices linked, both at home and in the office. I can always count on both my precious personal documents and my important data within arm's reach, and allowing anyone with authorization to make changes to those files in real time without having to bounce them between eachother manually. It's simple quality of life that I can't think of going without these days.
