What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Dropbox for my assignments and personal materials. It's user-friendly with a clean interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Dropbox is the free storage limit, which can be challenging when I need to store large files or a lot of data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox is quite helpful. I can access my files from any device and keep everything organized.

My ability to work with colleagues around the world at any time of day. Our business runs smoothly and organized because of Dropbox's cloud services

Needing to close out of a document while a colleague views it to avoid conflicting copies

Dropbox solves the fact that our business does not have a central office, and allows us to work together from anywhere in the world.

As a daily user, it's extremely helpful to access documents between different businesses. Dropbox is always running, and it's easy to contact their customer service line if there is an issue.

I don't have any complaints, everything is working perfectly.

They monthly subscription is a bit on pricey compared to others

Great cloud based document management system
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that it is in the cloud and makes moving from my Mac to my iphone, ipad seemless. Sharing documents, videos is so easy. I use it daily. It is easy to use and intergrates with ease.

I wish we could create shared links that never expire.

Keeps my hard drive free and extends its life.
User-friendly and Fantastic
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to organize and move documents inbetween different boxes. Also allows drag and drop without closing the files application for large drops.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not yet found any problems or dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If I didn't have this I would have to email individual documents and or have failed emails because the content was too big. I don't even need to notify the other party that the drop is ready.
