An oldie but a goodie!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that Dropbox has been in the business touted as one of the pioneers on cloud storage. Specifically, with Dropbox, it makes it a lot easier to share filesto whoever needs to access it. Ease of upload and download works like a charm as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The gb allowance can be off-putting sometimes especially when uploading heavy files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing files securely outside of own organization. As we have a lot of external vendors, it can be daunting sometimes that our current solution disallows sharing outside of our network, hence Dropbox resolves those instances.
Very easy to use.

The Icon to me is the best part of the dropbox experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
the Icon. I feel like the icon could use some slight improvement.

storage space, I use dropbox for storing files that I can transfer from one computer to another seamlessly.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the most is user can store flies and data of various type , the files and data are highly safe with it and file saves are automatically synced across all linked devices which the best feature of it , some files can be easily access offline . Dropbox provide a collaborative document editing tool , that alpoows multiple users to work on that document simultaneously
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be some privacy concerns like no end to end encyption , it slow down the perfomence of devices sometimes the phone hang , sync speed is slow and the pricing is quite high

The problem solved by the dropbox is data acccessbility , file sharing, data backup and collaboration . Dropbox provide cloud storage with automated synchronisation , easy sharing links which overall helps to keep data safe and also protects files and allows easy recovery

Dropbox has a very intuitive interface. Accesibilty, sharing, uploading and managing files is very staright fwd.

Limited storage is a concern. Collaboration tools are limited as well.

I have been using DropBox for many years, what I value most is the security and ease of use, also the app to sync local files is very good

The search functionality is not great in the web browser interface

What do you like best about the product?
It is a handy way to share files with colleagues but also with friends. It has this function to organize everything easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dropbox can easily be full, you need to upgrade rather soon

In the beginning everyone had a version of a file somewhere. Now it is easy to keep everything organized & have the latest version.
