Very easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
very easy to use as compared to google drive! not complicated at all.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really feel there is anything I dislike. If there is one, maybe is trying to remember what the icons are representing the tabs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it allows me to save and store all my important work. I can access from phone and laptops anywhere

Not syncing very quickly. Not being able to sync to a specific drive very easily. The limit on one time dropbox transfer feature can be increased.

I like that I have access to it from different places. It is secure and if I need to share I can do it.
I also like that can organize my documents anyway I need or like.And I can have the amount of storage I need.

The small boxes that keep popping up showing me all I can do,

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can save my docs for longer time and I have more space. I can also access the documents no matter where I go. I don't depend on my employers choices to safe my personal and working documents.
Dropbox has been very useful to me with file storage.

I love that I can store files in Dropbox.

I can't think of anything I dislike about Dropbox.

Dropbox is able to store the files I sometimes can't from Google Drive.
Dropbox makes sharing files and storing documents easy and affordable.
What do you like best about the product?
I use Dropbox almost on a daily basis to share documents and files with my clients. I am able to automatically have files synced to my Dropbox by simply adding them to a folder on my desktop. I can then easily use the desktop application to create a link to the file that I can send to my client. When the file is no longer needed, I can delete it with ease. The free plan offers decent storage for my needs and the upgraded plans are affordable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I get emails from them regarding low space when I feel I still have plenty of room. On very rare occasions, I will get an error when trying to create a link for sharing the file.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of sharing files from my PC to my clients without needing to send them the actual file and it can be shared easily with multiple clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I keep maybe 95% of my files on Dropbox. It's meant I can move to new computers when there have been hard drive failures or assets returns or, anything really.
I love being able to access all my files on my phone. I'm never caught unawares - need proof of X? Need the date of Y? I can get it when I need it.
When I am travelling or away from good wifi I stop syncing my files. I can choose to upload individual files or folders through web access and minimize my data use while still securing my data.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, really. I've been using Dropbox for over 10 years and I've never found a feature I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have no problems sharing large files and folders 1) I have access to them all the time, and 2) I can share the link rather than the files themselves. My response time is quick!

The ability to be accessed on multiple gagets anywhere in the world. No need for paper documents being carried all over.

There's nothing I dislike about Dropbox.

The fact that I can store all of my documents and access them using whatever means I have at my disposal.

I have not experienced any downsides to using dropbox.

I do not use dropbox for business use at all any longer. I did at one time share files with a business partner, but no longer do.
