Surprising functional evolution
What do you like best about the product?
The system has become practical, safer, and concerned with the problems that drives have been experiencing with data sharing.

What do you like best about the product?
Unlike a lot of apps Dropbox just works. It syncs everything seamlessly between devices and various computers. It is one of those apps that I don't need to think about - it just happens. My whole life now lives in Dropbox and it means I can do everything anywhere.
I think one of the biggest things to remember about Dropbox, however, is it is not just storage. You are not paying for xGB of space - you are paying for the whole tools and services that come with it - editing online, sharing, collaboration, Paper etc.

What do you dislike about the product?
Support is quite poor. While the product is brilliant and I use it every single day, if/when something does go wrong don't expect a quick resolution or even a team who read emails. It is very very poor.
The other annoying thing at the moment is its a very fragmented product in terms of the things they've bought - HelloSign is starting to be integrated at the moment but it isn't, same with the file sharing systems.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps my work sync'd between all devices and across everything I need.

Dropbox is the real jackpot with massive integrations ,file management and sharing functionalities
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox has been our solid tool that delivers impressive performance at a very reasonable price. It was soo easy to set it up and kickstart using it. During the implementation phase we realized that it integrates flawlessly with our favorite tools ie Todoist, Jotform and Zoom which brings task management, form creation and storage and add or join instant virtual meetings on Dropbox. It's integration power has played a major role in automating our workspace Dropbox intuitive and easy to use features stack it up against it's competitors. It offers us storage space for our files especially in the upgraded plan the storage space is massive. In addition it automatically backup the files we have stored . We drag files into it's folder from across all the synced devices. The robust sharing capabilities that support any file type are by far my best because it enable us to effortlessly create shared folders as well assharing individual files with the project management team. It has simplified file sharing profoundly . We are able to generate links to specific files or folders and share them with designated recipient. This enable easy access of information. It is easy to restore a file once it deleted from the hard drive. It is available in the trash for even upto 5months so we can always restore project files within this period if accidentally deleted. Dropbox has been considerate enough to include collaboration tools beyond being an amazing platform for streamlined communication through file sharing. They include commenting, history tracking and controlled realtime editing options . Supporting tools such a as Microsoft Office which is our major software for document preparation and allow us to drag all the documents into Dropbox makes it a even more comprehensive collaboration solution for us. Dropbox has the security of our data sorted by adopting robust security measures for both stored data and while sharing/files on transit

Honestly I have loved every bit of Dropbox from it's A to Z there are no hitches
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox have revolutionized our remote working environment. I love it for it's mobility . I can access project information and files from anywhere on my phone or on my laptop using the app and even most if I don't have my device I can access using internet browsing.Now I work from anywhere ie in a local cafe, on vacation. Even without internet connectivity I can always review documents because even if any file was saved online i can view it offline. Dropbox offer us a platform for execution of collaborative workflows with utmost effectiveness. The app and Dropbox paper let us collaborate on our projects through flawlessly flow of of information across team by file sharing and access from storage using searching option. Paper include task management which help us assign subtasks, track deadlines and overall project performance
It's reliable when it comes to backup. Hard drive crashes are common but we are fully covered with Dropbox and can continue working on other devices because we can access the files from the crashed hard disk as they are backed up in Dropbox.
We have used it free up space of drive and mobile devices by transferring the photos, project reports, financial statements and other files to Dropbox. In addition we are always able to efficiently and quickly recover any deleted files within a period soo critical project information are not deleted permanently in a go.
This multifaceted platform has empowered us with literally every invaluable digital aspect which have helped us modernize our workspace and we are reaping the benefit of increased efficiency and productivity and reduced cost in ticking our deadline and executing all our projects in a timely manner

What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple it is to use Dropbox. It's incredibly handy, for sharing and accessing files on all my gadgets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dropboxs storage limits can be quite bothersome given the space available, on the free plan. The cost of expanding storage capacity can add up quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox addresses the issue of managing and exchanging files, which simplifies my ability to retrieve and work together on documents effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been a Dropbox user for some time, primarily for document hosting and cloud storage. Indeed, the ability of file synchronization among various gadgets is very beneficial, as it allows me to access my files from anywhere - through the Dropbox website, or from the installed software on different computers. The simultaneous editions capability is one of the standouts for me since it is crucial when my team and I collaborate on shared files.
What do you dislike about the product?
Yet, I have found the maximum storage limits somewhat limiting sometimes. When I had to ask for more storage, the support was a little bit slower than I thought, and it might be a problem when the fast data scalability is needed.

What do you like best about the product?
The effortless synchronization with various cloud services is a satandout feature; for instance Dropbox often serves as an effective medium for accessing sources folders eliminating the need to depend on my offline device folder.

Unless configured to retain files solely in the cloud as needed it can consume considerable space on your computer. Initially, setting up for cloud only operation was somewhat perplexing
