The easiest way to get contracts signed quickly
What do you like best about the product?
I contract writers for our company, and HelloSign makes it super easy to send everything out at once, ensuring everyone is on board and aligned.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish it was easier to update paperwork if a change needs to be made, rather than deleting the entire set of paperwork to update a single document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all of our contracts in one place makes it easy to track who has officially agreed to doing work we discussed. The immediate notification coming to my inbox ensures I can keep our workflow moving smoothly.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and smooth workflow in signing documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Managing templates i.e. creating and using templates, are complex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves time in getting the paperwork done for the business without printing and scanning documents.
Convenient, affordable, and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I've tried a few e-signature products and I've found HelloSign to be one of the more intuitive platforms to create documents for signature, track progress, create templates, and collect signatures. It's also more affordable than some of its competitors!
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm still a fairly new user, but I haven't found anything to dislike so far. That could change with more use, of course, but so far I've had a great experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
While printing, signing, and scanning PDFs is not hard, this eliminates some steps and makes the process easier if people don't have scanners. Also, it feels more secure than attaching PDFs to emails.
Simple and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Very simple. Very user friendly. Meets all our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you cc other people on signature requests, it's unclear what they see exactly, so sometimes people will unnecessarily forward the final document.

Easy electronic signature process, which sped up our legal reviews
Hello Sign is a great tool to sign important documents!
What do you like best about the product?
Hellosign is easy to use . I like especially like the verification i get, when a client opens documents and signs documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I don't like. It's very user friendly. You could lower the cost, that would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time! The great benefits of getting documents signed so quickly and convenient for my me and my clients.

I highly recommend hellosign.
Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
This program is very user-friendly, and I love that you can store templates. The fact that you can request multiple signatures on a document is super helpful. I prefer it to Pandadoc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app isn't user-friendly, and it's hard to find records of previously signed documents. DocuSign also doesn't delete documents when they've edited/duplicated so you have to go back in to delete it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love that our clients can approve an order from anywhere, and the CC feature allows us to tag multiple team members for oversight. The templates enable our team to place wuick reorders.

I can send these contracts to all of our clients to counter-sign. We have users of all ages that use the platform and it is very user-friendly and easy for all to figure out!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I do not like about HelloSign!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No issues! I have realized that people enjoy being emailed a PDF of the contract after signing.
Easy way to digitally sign documents
What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign is very easy to use; just upload a form and create field overlays, and then email to whoever needs to sign. Templates are another convenient feature that allows you to re-use the form quickly by sending a "sign" link, (if the form does not need to change). It also has great integrations with Gmail and Slack.
What do you dislike about the product?
Team management is a bit confusing. The number of templates is restricted based on what tier you buy into. It is sometimes confusing to determine who owns the templates that count towards a team quota.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HelloSign offers a quick and easy way to receive a digital signature on a document. Great integrations for Google Workspace and Slack make generating signature documents and receiving notifications super easy and convenient.

HelloSign is the best digital signature product for the price you will pay. Has most features you will need to get legal digital signatures for your documents.
Bridges the gap in our busy industry
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature was the ability to post one consent form and issue a single link to many signers for individual form return. It was amazing!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there was very little I disliked about this product. I have used DocuSign also and found it cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work at a university that does a great deal of online learning. Due to this, we have students that never come to campus. I run a federal grant program that requires signatures from all service recipients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The productivity that HelloSign inspires is a real problem-solver and has a very professional appeal to colleagues.
