Easily to handle cloud storage
What do you like best about the product?
It has a good user interface and works seamlessly on Android and iPhone.

Dropbox offers very limited free storage and its charges are comparatively higher than its counterparts. Thus, it doesn't attract consumers looking for budget solutions.

Seamless synchronization across all devices allows me to access my files whenever and wherever I need.

With all of its storage, syncing, and sharing capabilities, I wish there were more options for work-related collaboration, such as real-time co-editing and in-app commenting.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to exchange very sensitive information quickly and without much additional manipulations. As an expert witness, I must have large document exchanges rapidly between users. Dropbox has been a convenient way to exchange these large data drops quickly and efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest drawback at times is when the other user fails to complete their tasks to release the large amounts of data on both sides and we must go back and forth a few times to create the exchange.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest issue is the time to exchange large amounts of information. Dropbox makes that exchange very easy.

The mobile app is exceptionally easy to use

The desktop app worked great for a long time, but now it's broken and Dropbox seems disinterested in fixing the situation
