Must have for digital images!
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox enables me to store and send a large number of high quality digital images through email to sales reps, customers, and outside contractors who utilize our images in the creation of rendered room scenes. Without Dropbox, this task was extremely challenging and involved many additional steps creating wasted time and increased frustration. We use Dropbox multiple times a week in our communications with the above parties.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had no issues installing Dropbox and had multiple people on our team utilizing the program after a brief training session.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were not able to send large files containing several hundred high resolution images efficiently. Dropbox solved that challenge immediately.

Dropbox is instrumental in supporting my business's file-sharing needs while ensuring adherence to ethical guidelines and maintaining the security of our information.

Dropbox’s pricing can be a concern for some users. The free tier has limited storage, and upgrading to a paid plan can be expensive, especially for larger teams or businesses.

Problem: Needing files accessible from multiple devices.

Not only convenient but also essential for my daily practise.

Easy, fast (synchronises quicky), works ok with windows, no crashes, share documents with colleagues and work together

I cannot find any specific downside.....

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using Dropbox for a while now, and it has been nothing short of a game-changer. As someone who constantly needs to store and access data across multiple devices, Dropbox has made my life significantly easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
It still takes a while to sync data. It also would be nice to tag certain files to find them quicker. Also every file that's touched should be counted so that the user can view what's used the most.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox allows me to share files with others online and collaborate w/ colleagues instead of having to send emails with interations in the filename.
Overall it is reasonable help for the price

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox allows me to have access to important files regardless of what computer or device that I'm using.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, sync is a bit slow on some computers. Ovderall, this isn't a big concern.

Dropbox allows me to create folders for clients that they can easily access and share their content for projects.
Good storage service
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can share access with team members, I also like that I can access across multiple devices. I can send limited access folders to people outside of my organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Each team member needs to pay for their access, the minimum storage threshold is significantly lower compared to google and microsoft. Drop box needs to be downloaded and used separately on newer devices. I am typing this review on a galaxy Tab S9+ and to access drop box I need to save files to my device memory and upload from here. As opposed to saving PDF's directly to drop box.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There is not one specific issue that drop box is solving that other cloud storages couldnt solve. I would actually say that there are things that I wish dropbox did that it currently does not do. I use dropbox becuase there is a massive amount of data that would be too much of a headache to move somewhere else at this point.

Not much that I can think of, the free plan works well for me at the moment.

Work anytime, anywhere
What do you like best about the product?
You can easily access your files anytime, anywhere without worrying about capacity. It also supports a variety of file formats and makes it easy to find files with keyword search. Whether you're watching a movie, walking down the street, on a train, or on an airplane, you can always find the file you want within a minute and share it externally. It has improved my work efficiency. It is also convenient because there is no need to worry about losing or damaging the external hard drive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a price discount policy for long-term users. It would also be nice to support various applications that can edit files on mobile phones.

The ability to share by folder is very convenient. It's nice to be able to give access rights to each person.
