Love Dropbox for professional + personal use
What do you like best about the product?
An excellent way to organize files, holding onto old memories (especially photos) but also work documents. Love the share capabilities and ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface/icons could use a refresh.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Housing a LOT of data - images, videos, and documents.
Saved the day
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox has saved my computer files more than once from being totally deleted. My computer crashed a couple of times and luckily I had dropbox to have all my files saved in the cloud. Thanks for saving my business.

It is a bit diffcult to integrate smoothly with my folders

What do you like best about the product?
The direct saving of the content from your phone.

Seamless cloud storage
What do you like best about the product?
Its availability, reliability and ease of use are the top reasons why I like Dropbox most. Its integration with Apple ecosystem, particularly the Finder integration made my Photography workflow work like a charm.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there is still room for improvement in the Home page (iOS version.)
It is too cluttered.
I never used "suggested for you", "camera uploads" ( I don't upload from camera), "recents". "viewed links", "shared" or "offline".
I have a deep folder hierarchy thanks to my Photography cataloging system. All I care about is to jump straight to one of my "Starred" folders and quickly drill down from there.

Offsite backup of my documents and as extended storage.
Simple to use & user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
The drag and drop concept is helpful & fast. Notifications if there are any changes are immediate as well.

The general space can run out pretty quickly

What do you like best about the product?
I love the flexibility and accessibility of my files on with Dropbox. It's seamless from my phone to a desktop. I also really appreciate that I can temporarily host my dropbox files on a computer and if I sign out of dropbox on that computer my personal files are not left on the hardware of the device!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to have better integration with Google Drive and other Drives as I use Dropbox for personal storage and not my work related documents. I still think that Google and Microsoft are best suited for work file storage and collaboration.

Easy access
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to access my files even when not at my desk.

Can't think of anything that I like least about the tool.

I love how much room there is for me to store all of my files and not have to run out of space on my computer

probably the download to desktop process, it was a bit of a pain in the butt

the storgae, my company uses it and we have over 200,000 files of which I cannot have on my desktop because of the space it takes up
Dropbox is handy easy to use and keeps me organized

I love how easy it is to upload and save my documents, create folders and retrieve my items quickly when needed. I use dropbox for everything these days.

I wish I had more data space, that's the only downfall.

Dropbox makes organisation a snap, all my documents are in one place no matter if I'm on the road/mobile or at home & work.

The access to documents on my computer and phone. The huge amount of secure storage & ability to share files with others

Price is somewhat high and I've run into a couple of glitches
