Complete Solution for Storage, Backup, Sharing, Accessibility
What do you like best about the product?
Using Dropbox is transparent. There are no extra tricks or processes. All my files are stored in Dropbox, which is mirrored on my desktop and laptop. It is my primary storage solution, so I'm using it daily. I can access any files from either machine, or from any other computer via the web, and even from my phone. I can share files easily with others, without having to email them. I can access previous versions and even recover deleted files. There are no worries about losing data as files are instantly and constantly backed up to the cloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly I cannot think of any negatives to Dropbox. I have been using it for over ten years and it is completely painless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy and worry-free to share work with clients, without having to email large files. Complete, accurate, and consistent backup. Easy access to earlier versions of files. Easy to access my own files wherever I am - at work, at home, on the road, at a client's office, or even on my phone.

Prices, not intuitive, requires alot of local storage for file synchronization

What do you like best about the product?
I share files easily between my employees and clients. I can also easily backup my computers and phones without worrying. When my laptop died, I wasn't afraid that I had lost my important files. I just logged onto dropbox on my new one.
Also the online only file option is a real space saver. Absolutely love it.

N/A - It's been very easy to use and I've been using it for quite a few years.

Being able to easily share and backkup storage.

Could offer more storage to clients especially since I have been with them since 2011

Nothing at all I would say. Except the minimum usage allowed. Only 2 gb at a time.

Let's start off by saying I love Dropbox because of the convenience. Is awesome that I can access my files from anywhere as long as I back them up. I love the file locking feature!

Search capabilities are limited. It would be nice to filter it out.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Dropbox is its integration with other cloud platforms -- you don't have to download the document to make the document live. Also, uploaded videos can be directly viewed from Dropbox. Another feature I also like is the file request option: rather than sharing the folder, you can share a link for a colleague to upload a document and maintain the privacy of the document and folder.

Dropbox solves the need to store large files in my computer.
