What do you like best about the product?
I haven't had any problems since I first got Dropbox. I use it too save all my documents and photos. It's connected to my PC, my Mac, and my phone. I can access my files anytime and anywhere. I can even sign in from someone else's computer if I am away from mine and just need a quick doc or photo.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can take up a lot of space on your computer unless you set it up to only keep files in the cloud until needed. It was a little confusing at first setting it up to work in the clouds only.

What do you like best about the product?
I works as a graphic designer in addition to being a writer. It's been convenient having Dropbox to sync everything.
As a writer using scrivener, it's been especially convenient as I'm able to sync seamlessly between scrivener on my iPhone and my MacBook.

Sometimes changes catch me when I am working to do something in a hurry. It's worth the delay 99% of the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can see when people download a transfer and when they don't. It points out who is really engaged and who thinks they know everything, even the new and unknown information. Saves time in meetings and planning.
Still the standard
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox always seems to work, where other sharing methods are either short-span or has some kind of server problem
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's unclear if you're adding files to your own account or just accessing files that have been shared with you (storage space killers).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's still the most reliable, stable sharing system around.
